The otels given were not at all good especially in Katra. Only apple tree was a good hotel of the 5 hotels. Hose boat was good. Would recommend to review the hotels before taking the trip and get it changed if not found good.

It was very pleasant experience to plan my trip through travetriangle.. The service provider were very helpful and responsive every time I called them. The vheical provided was comfortable and driver was very courteous and well mannered. Hotel Shrihari niwas at katra and moon valley house boat were amazing and staff was very good . they provided us all the information needed. Food was very testy at Shreehariniwas and was well to do at Moon valley house boat. Hotel Al-Meher at shrinagar had nice ambiance but they could have provided us better rooms as all rooms were vacant but they gave us rooms at 2nd floor that to near staircase, no lift was present in hotel so it was tedious job every time to get to the room specially for my parents. Also the food was not good at Al-meher hotel. They couldn't even provide hot water in morning even after repeated requests. Though the staff was courteous and well behaved.
