Trip was well managed by Smiling trips with hotel and cab booking well on time. Didn't face any issues with cab or hotel triden. But the taj palace houseboat experience was a disaster. I felt my money got wasted as their services were below par. Breakfast only toast or maggi that too quite late. No sense of timing and no internal or any modes of communication. trip to pahalgam was the most memorable

I have faced many problem, would love to share few of them : 1. Itinerary shared with us was mostly wrong. Major Fault - Out pickup from Ramada Hotel to Airport was Scheduled at 8:10 AM and Cab arrived at 7:10 AM. We just woke up at 7:00 and had to hurry, due to which we forgot my 13,000 Rs Cash in Ramada Hotel Itself. Hotel Checkin and Checkout times for most of the places were old timings and not updated. 2. While travelling to Genting, driver was 1.5 Hrs Late for the pickup. 3. For Jurong Bird Park,Singapore the driver was late by half an hour. 4. In Universal Studios we were charged for Dolphin Show in our package but the show was not in operation. No compensation provided for that.

Verymuch pleased with behaviour of Mr.Umar at Houseboat Taj palace at Srinagar.At Srinagar stay in Hotel City Grace no proper response was taken by Mr.Ashraf whose contact no.was provided.I tried several times to contact him but he didn't receive my call.In Hotel City Grace cost of mineral water was charged whereas no such charge was taken at Houseboat & at Pahalgam.Cab Driver Mr.Raju drived very sincerely & we didn't feel any inconvenience during tour. Homeley treatment at Houseboat Taj palace by Mr. Umar & at Pagalgam by Hotel Sangam Palace Mr.Reyaz.Thankful to Mr. Vijay Verma Tour Executive who remained in contact daily during tour & asked about inconvenience.Very much impressed with behaviour of Mr.Vijay Verma Tour Executive.

the planning wrt time was very bad. most of our time was spent in airport. 5hrs on reaching phuket. 4hrs at bangkok airport. otherwise we mostly got what we wanted from trip. I felt that the agency from India took lesser responsibility and agent is not well informed. on reaching bangkok we found out that for same room rent we could have got better stay. overall not much satisfied with arrangements/planning. could be made better. dinner cruise was the best. luckily we got good table in open space. was very happy with cab drivers because of their in time pick up and drops.
