I have faced many problem, would love to share few of them :
1. Itinerary shared with us was mostly wrong. Major Fault - Out pickup from Ramada Hotel to Airport was Scheduled at 8:10 AM and Cab arrived at 7:10 AM. We just woke up at 7:00 and had to hurry, due to which we forgot my 13,000 Rs Cash in Ramada Hotel Itself.
Hotel Checkin and Checkout times for most of the places were old timings and not updated.
2. While travelling to Genting, driver was 1.5 Hrs Late for the pickup.
3. For Jurong Bird Park,Singapore the driver was late by half an hour.
4. In Universal Studios we were charged for Dolphin Show in our package but the show was not in operation. No compensation provided for that.
