Hi First of Thanks to Travel Triangle - Relax Lanka for this Srilanka Trip - their are some CONS AND PROS- First of all thanks to Driver /Guide Mr. Sanjay he was amazing person - and was very help full throughout the Tour pros :- All the hotels was very Good and luxurious - and in all the hotels dinner was their so didn't faced any problem of food Cons : we have paid 35K for two person thats ok - but for the all the activities we had to pay the Extra charges - 1. like elephant safari - we paid : 3KINR which was not at all worth you can just see some 4 elephants 2.. Madhu River we have paid 60$ for two person for just a ride of 1hours - Again it was not worth - when we checked in the NET it was just 400RS person - We feel like we have been cheated 3. tortoise watching _ we paid 2K INR - again its just a small house hold person running the tortoise park -- not worth One more suggestion they ask for charges for everything- even before travelling we asked them about Corona Crisis they said its nothing over here we reached on 11th March and from 12th March Srilanka has started their to close many things - if they have informed about this we would postphoned our Trip - Even we have enquired about VISA - they have informed us that for indian citizen it is on Arrival - its was not at all True - before travelling we need to take online visa which compulsory and it is free for indian Citizen - But Relax lanka was asking for 20$ fee for visa if i want to take it from them -- it was good i done it from my side Would suggest instead of going to Srilanka - i would suggest plan for NORTH EAST - which is worth value for money

All the services provided by Relax Lanka were amazing except one of the hotel which were not upto the mark and that was Lavendish Beach Resort, Unwantuna as the services were poor as well as the housekeeping were not that as expected. The lights and exhaust fans were not working in bathroom and bed room area. The breakfast provided during the safari of whale and dolphin watching were terrible and tasteless. Even the dinner were not impressive as expected and only that was the sad part or else everything was amazing. The driver cum guide was superb, polite, caring and very nice. All other hotel including: Nebula, Lavendish Okrin, Serendib were fantastic and hope to see Sri Lanka again with the remaining itinerary left from the part of Sri Lanka.

Special thanks to our guide Prem for being so cooperative and making our journey comfortable. He was familiar to all the places and catered to all our demands :). Thank you Peter from Relax Lanka Tours for giving us the best beach resort - Manara Beach Resort. The location was wonderful- just overlooking the gorgeous ocean! The hospitality especially the food at the resort was great too. Very very warm people! I would highly recommend this place. Beautiful and serene . We went to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves and that was surreal! A big thank you to all the people who made this trip possible and memorable for me.

Prem was extremely nice. He was always punctual and ever smiling. He made us feel homely and would definitely ask for him if and when we visit Srilanka. Kashish was professional in his approach. Enjoyed the holidays with family.

Except the last day stay, rest of the tour was excellent.

Great service, the driver was knowledgeable and we were able to adapt the trip as we went along it was not all fixed to the original plan. All i would say if in Sri Lanka allow plenty of driving time as it takes a long time between locations.

Relax Lanka and our Driver and Guide Mr Lal were the best art of the tour.

Hi. I am very happy with the services provided by Relax Lanka and the agent Menuka from them. He has given good hotel options after knowing our preferences and the hotels given were really good for the package price. Also the cab & driver Prem were good, knowledgeable and able to understand the customer requests and responded well. There was not a single issue with the driver. Overall the trip experience was very good and I was happy for going through Travel Traiangle. Best trip experience ever !! Would recommend Travel Traiangle to my friends now..

Have an awesome experience first of all thanks to travel triangle and my SPOC person from Travel Triangle Ms. Sanad who helped me in getting connected to best of the agents in srilanka and ma'am was always available to help round the clock Second to Relax Lanka Tours with whom I contacted and got the package and itenary as per my requirement overall arrangement on the tour made by Relax Lanka Tour was awesome, the delivered everything in the same way they have promised before starting of the tour And last not the least the major person our tour guide Mr Ramesh he was simply just outstanding his knowledge about the country and the places we visited were superb and the hospitality which has offered by him all over the tour was superb

Visiting Sri Lanka was a really good experience. Thanks to Relax Lanka tours. The tour was planned well and we had awesome driver/guide for the entire tour named Mr. Ramesh. He was very co-operative with good conversation, navigation and familiarity to the places around. The hotels were nice, we had a pleasant stay. We had some issue during check-ins regarding payment receipt not received from agent in time. But it was taken care of immediately by Mr. Ramesh and tour agent. For 5 days we could visit only Kandy, Bentota, Galle and Colombo. We would love to visit there again to explore remaining places. :)

Great. Only taking us to specific tourists place and limiting local experience was annoying.

The trip was an such incredible one, we really enjoyed it. Though it was few places thats been covered yet was an amazing one, only thing to address is the travelling, we felt that most of the time spent is in the car travelling than the places to be covered.
