Hi, So, my experience was not good neither bad. The trip started at a very good note, decent driver, decent people at Relax Tours. But unfortunately, the driver of the car was very rude and manerless. He not only made us waiting for him while he was having lunch and we were hungry (since we are vegetarians and there was no option available), when we told him this, he didn't say anything then. But next day (3 July), he started the journey with a very bad mood, awful behavior. As a matter of which, we had to get down from the car in Nuwaraeliya. The manager of Relax tours, Anton was very accommodating and helpful. He did not only listen to us but also arranged for a new car and driver and that too at a place where his office is not located. Infact, when we reached Negombo on the night of 3 July, we didn't like the hotel. Anton came personally and changed our hotel. Also, Niomi, with whom I was dealing with, was way too sweet and helpful again. Anton and Niomi was very helpful, kind and generous. Therefore, I would refer Relax tour to everyone but not that driver.

Travel agency should advise their clients about the sea trip for whale watching. It's not suitable for all. Sea sickness will affect the health during travel which is not preferred. Many resorts poor maintenance of AC units are the big trouble and common problem. No proper Indian food even after choosing minimum 3* resorts. Food for vegeterians must be improved. Tour plan could be better but only disappointment is missed Trinco. Overall a good international tour experience at the last minute rush. Lavanga Resort stay was much comfortable out of all the overall hotels. Thanks to the manager, chefs and staff for their kind regards and special attention with the tourists.

Srilanka is a beutiful country.I enjoyed the trip except vegetarian food.Although they tried their best to satisfy me to provide better veg. food but taste was not so good.Hotel at Nuwara Eliya was neither 3Star nor good.After 9.30pm to 7.45 am no one was on the reception counter.TV was not working.Services were very poor although hotel staff was courteous.In Sigriya (Nice Place Bunglaw) T.V was not working.

The travel agent and the driver were great. The hotel which I choose were not that good. I would recommend 4 or 5 star hotel rather than 3 stars of your were picky with the food. The water fall was great.
