Had a memorable trip and all thanks to our tour guide Ramesh Rodrigues. He ensured we had a good travel with lots of patience. The hotel Kanda uda was okay but the other 2 hotels (Ramboda falls & seven heaven) were good. The itinerary from the travel agent could have been planned better as with 2 kids , there was lots of travel and could have been managed better . The itinerary should be discussed with the tour guide and then planned accordingly because they know the routes better . Overall we had a good experience. The travel agent was quick in responding when we were not comfortable with our first hotel.

Relax Lanka did an extremely good job with the planning of itinerary.Jamie from relax Lanka was very helpful and available readily in WhatsApp. Our driver Noel was very helpful and jolly good fellow.Only hiccup we had was the hotel room in cloudz sigiriya...the concept of eco-friendly n rustic hotel I loved it for the decor n ambience but that pretty much made it an incovenience in the room stay.Doors don't close,no hot water ,no proper shower in the name of rustic living.But their hospitality and breakfast was top class kudos to that.Rest of the hotels travellers nest in Kandy was good.Thuruliya lodge in ramboda and serendib in bentota we're excellent with great Hill and beach view respectively

Good trip were arranged by the agent. Driver accompanied us every wer which made us feel comfortable considering new location. We forgot to pay the full payment upon arrival & they allowed us to pay after we about to reach back to India which was was much appreciated. Visit to jet wing St. Andrews hotel was awesome .. one of the best hotels in nuwarelaia. Nice view & visit to tea gardens were excellent.

The trip was good overall. The guide was very courteous, punctual and always smiling. However, a couple of things need improvement from Relax Lanka - we were not provided SIM cards and water bottles provided only once instead of daily as promised. The rooms at The Surf, Bentota were Superior rooms instead of the Deluxe rooms as agreed.

The tea cottage is good but the approach road is a mud road and not easily accessible and there are no near by places to see, only to sleep and take rest we had to go to the room since there is no place to view and enjoy.Enroute to Nuwerliya the cottage is very far off and there is no time to view the tea estate. The Dutch fort, tooth relic in Kandy, and the stay in Hikkaduwa, turtles hatching project.
