Overall the experience was really good. Enjoyed the country, can be tricky for vegetarians. The pandanus beach resort in Bentota was the best experience ever had. Great rooms with excellent views.

We took trip with Relax Lanka organized by Anton in April 2018. It was was first international trip and everything went so smooth. The cab was excellent, got the best rooms in the hotels, driver was so polite and helping. It was a memorable experience. Definitely recommend Relax Lanka to other travelers.

It was well organised trip, very good experience, guide was very helpful, travel agents were very co-operative. Just a request to all the travellers, Do not take a layover flight. It becomes hectic. Traveltriangle is a very convenient platform to book a trip to SL- customized or not. You can get responses almost immediately. Their customer service and follow up is great. However be as specific as possible regarding your plans/ expectations due to communications barrier. I chose Relax Lanka as it is reputable, not necessarily the cheapest. The customer service is good, timely with follow up as well. I customized the trip and they accommodated my request of providing a driver. The van is comfortable and spacious as requested. The driver is not intrusive, understand customers' expectations- clean toilets and food that is generally acceptable for tourists. Do let driver know if you do not wish to go to gem/ spice stores. His driving skills is quite an eye opener, i suppose that is a norm in SL. I requested train tickets to be booked at least a month ahead of the trip but they only managed during i was there, at a hefty fee. So that was a let-down. Generally it is a reputable, experienced agency for customers who prefer a fuss-free traveling experience but be as specific as you can if you have expectations that you hope they could deliver.

Every thing was organized well. Except HIKADUWA HOTEL ( HEAVEN SEVEN ), especially with Dinner. We have been given complimentary DINNER but was served only one small piece of FISH, nothing else. Why this COMPLIMENTARY DINNER has been included....???? Dont include the same. Prakash- Bangalore

Planned a trip to Srilanka and booked the flights then was wondering how to wonder in a place which I have not been ever, then to the luck came Travel Triangle which I thought yet an normal Travel Organizer, but it happened to be a very good and effort / worry free package selection and transaction for my trip. They provided a dashboard to choose the Agents from Srilanka with their Quotes. This gave me a fare idea on what all can be seen as part of my tour and my duration of stay and let me personolize with the Agents on my own to my budget. Need to mention that in all this transactions Miss. Gitanjali Das from Travel Triangle was very supportive round the clock when required for an easy, friendly and safe transactions. Also the Agent Relax Lanka we choose was very professional from the start of Quotes phase till the Send Off phase.. Miss Malithi was the coordinator who was very helpful and pro-active in ensuring to give the best for a Memorable trip. They provided a nice luxury car with a well spoken & knowledgable driver Mr. Rukmal. So totally it was a Memorable Trip with my Family.. Thanks for this @ Travel Triangle & @ Relax Lanka.

Relax Lanka planned a memorable trip for us. Their tour planner Ms. Neyomie has a very good understanding of the holiday destinations and the hotels in Sri Lanka. She is very well spoken, cooperative and nice. The owner is also a very nice person. The driver Mr. Lal too was very nice and was also a good your guide. The hotels that planned for our stay were really good. They also provided the most competitive package and were cost efficient. I would strongly recommend everyone to plan their Sri Lanka trip through Relax Lanka Tours. 1) Merissa beach; 2) Jetwing Lagoon hotel in Negombo; 3) Galle; 4) Nuwara Ellya; 5) Surf hotel in Bentota; 6) Fort Bliss in Galle.

After trying our luck with a competitor travel agency (read MMT), we approached Travel Triangle and we weren't disappointed. Our needs of customization as per our convenience were understood in the first go itself and all adjustments were made for our 5 days 5 nights trip spread over places like Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota & Negombo (even though it wasn't included in itinerary, but because of late departure flights we were able to witness the charm of this city). The phone support staff was really very helpful in getting us what we were looking for - Budget Trip, Best 3 star hotels within that budget, a good tour of major cities in western and south-western provinces and inclusion of breakfast in the hotel reservations. The cab driver was extremely helpful in guiding us correctly. He was a cool headed person who took great care of us. He made suggestions whenever asked to, without trying to enforce his choices over us. That was truly appreciated. He was always there on time. We were glad and heavily impressed with his punctuality, soft spoken skills and more importantly his safe driving skills. I would strongly recommend Travel Triangle's packages for any visit to Sri Lanka. This is not a paid review. We genuinely liked the services. Trust me and you won't be disappointed.
