Destination -Sri Lanka We planned a family vacation to Sri Lanka and while surfing landed on Travel Triangle website. The chat bot gathered all the details from me and I was pleasantly surprised the next morning when there were 2 quotes from the local travel agents from Sri Lanka. This is how i got introduced to RELAX LANKA TOURS. The quotes from all the travel agents were competitive while the various conversations with Anton from RELAX LANKA went very well and he did a great job in finalising my holiday. We arrived at the Lanka airport at 9 am on 27th Sept and the Chaffeur and Guide for the tour, LAL was waiting at the airport and welcomed us very warmly. The toyota van provided by Anton was very neat and clean and the AC was very good. LAL's driving was immaculate. The six days spent in Sr Lanka went very well due to the great hospitality of Anton and Lal. The only thing that did not go well was the hotel stay at Bentota i.e. Hotel Pandanus Beach resort. The hotel was very good but the staff was extremely untrained and unhospitable. I would like to recommend RELAX LANKA HOLIDAYS to any traveller who is planning a vacation in Sri Lanka. They are extremely porfessional, honest and helpful. Special thanks to Lal for his great driving and polite behavior.

First of all let me start with the sales agent Mr.darshana, I just gave him the no. of days I would be visiting Sri Lanka and he was amazingly quick to put together a plan for us in a couple of minutes,his choices of hotels were amazing, especially the views from the rooms. Their prices are reasonable and services are excellent. We landed on 6th august,2019 in SL and the guide(Mr.Ramesh) was waiting for us patiently with the name board,he was not difficult to find. He was courteous and polite and helped us board the vehicle and start our trip to the different destination in sri lanka. We travelled from Colombo->Kandy->Nuweraellaya->ella->Beruwala(water sports and river safari). They even plan a day trip to visit the town of Galle from beruwala. I would definitely suggest Relax Lanka Tours to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

The travel agent didn't tell the hotel about our anniversary. The package is overpriced. Although the cab driver was decent person but he didn't have knowledge about nearby hotels and restaurants. It was an average trip. Got home safely.

I had an awesome experiences withrelax Lanka tours, starting by an excellent guide who was on time to welcome us in the airport, his English is perfect and the car was super clean ,we had 1 nights in Negombo, 1 night in Kandy and 2 nights in bentota , we could visited many places, i really recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sri Lanka and get the best of it.

Relax lanka tour operator is very professional - best guidance towards the itinerary, very flexible to accommodate changes and choice of hotels is simply superb. we did refer to our friends soon after our trip in May 2018 and they too had a wonderful experience in srilanka.

Ramesh was great, he was the best guide we could ever get. He was driving us in a lot of amazing places. The tour was great and covered all the main attractions we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed the nine archs bridge and also visiting the elephants and the sea turtles.

The trip was amazing. Lovely place. Thanks to our guide/driver Amila for his consistently helping us. The hotels were too good. Amazing place. Especially Thanks to Aastha for helping planning the trip and Peter from Relax tours and travels agent from Sri Lanka for consistently taking the feedback. The only thing i would say is , the journey between nuwara eliya and bentota was tpp hectic. Apart from that everything was good. Thanks Aastha/Amila/Peter for the contribution. The trip was amazing. We were four girls and we felt absolutely safe and cared for by our guide and driver. The choice of hotels and everything made by the agent were the best. Couldn't have asked for better tour. Extremely happy.

The hotels at 2 places were almost 20 kms away from the city... At Nuwara and Ella the hotels were not upto the mark... Beautiful country... Very clean.... Wish visiting again...
