Being from India we expect the cost to be at par with India. We found the entry charges at various places higher than Europe and Canada. As travel agents is it not your duty to inform travellers about high to very high entry charges at Parks, costly water sports, temples, museums? For examples the entry fees at our Tiger reserves is nil and SAFARI charges are maximum Rs.300/= in India. whereas the same is SLR 7500.00 per head in SL. Fortunately I had carried a credit card and could manage the huge expenses but what about middle class house wives when they go for a group tour. They will have to stand out side in Sri Lankan hot whether. Water sports. Cold and healthy climate at Nuwara Elia. A surprise celebration of my birth day by Relax Lanka during breakfast time and special dinner for the same occasion on 13.01.2017 . We visited Srilanka and stayed eight nights nine day. We enjoyed are stay and would recommend travel triangle to others but my only disappointment was our agent Sanga was good nice and friendly but on day 3 he changed the hotel when we had specificly booked 4 star hotels this incident occurred twice during the trip when we were not given a clear picture by the agent Sanga The best memory of the trip was these two places we visited Nuwara Eliya and eliya

Our entire trip was very good, the car and driver were good and courteous and helpful. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with beautiful people simple and always ready to help with a smile. Though it would have been nice if we were told of the actual time of travel from one place to another. Road travel is comfortable in Sri Lanka but distances are great if you plan to cover a lot of places in a short time. So if you are better informed about the distances an time taken one is mentally prepared or can change plans to suit. At one place we felt the hotel was not what we expected but the very next day we were shifted to another....

All hotels were very gud apart from the hotel Sanda diya Dambulla. Very dark not much staff around,phone line didn't worked,A/c remote and TV remote doesn't have batteries, no soap or sampoo in the bath room. Also lot of small insects around and we have get it all arranged. So chk your hotel and rooms before you book your tour. The overall trip was awesome and the best I can say is Colombo beach as it was Just beside our hotel. Nice view beautiful blue water. I liked it very much.
