Overall trip was very good. Hotels accommodation was also good. Driver was professional and cooperative but vehicle Innova provided was although neat & clean from inside but since it was very old hence was not good enough for hill station rides and pickup & speed was lacking. Travel agent was not upto his words regarding payment. Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent. My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip. Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.

We recently had a wonderful vacation to Ooty, and everything about the trip was simply perfect. Right from the cab arrangements to the hotel stay and sightseeing, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. A special mention to our cab driver, Prakash. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the trip. His knowledge of the local spots and helpful nature made our experience even more enjoyable. He ensured we were comfortable at all times and assisted us with every little detail during the trip. Overall, it was a memorable and stress-free holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The only issue I faced was at the Hotel when I arrived at Thiruvananthapuram, because I was not told about the check in time of the Hotel, because of which I had to pay an extra amount of 1k for early check in, Travel Agent did help me in this. All the flight bookings were done in this regard only that we shall be getting an instant check in. Alleppey Boat house was also not up to mark it felt very ordinary for the price we paid, it could have been better in same price.Other than this it went smooth for us, our cab driver was very nice and professional. #You can also add some local food cuisine itinerary in the packages. The overall experience was good. From hotel to cab everything was great. The trip went smoothly. Appreciate the arrangements. Only downside was i had to go back and forth with the agency foe hotel vouchers. Rest all was great

The Akshay palace is not even a 2 star hotel The washrooms was unclean The bed smelled of urine Breakfast / lunch area was also unclean. On top of it a very small room for 4 people. Overall not a good hotel. Jungle hill resort A good hotel to stay. Very good staff. Food options are very limited. They have only 1 cook. Driver Excellent driver Sunil Shetty. Very knowledgeable. And is very polite and gentleman

It was good experience with good support. Only Ooty Hotel booking had some confusion with the property..Rest all ok. Amazing trip.

CAB and Driver is good, driver has planned the places well and covered as per Itinerary. On the way, he has also explained about the places while driving in Mysore and Ooty. Hotel Delightz Inn is ok only (Don't go for it if you're more than 2 Adults). Room is very tight with no chair to sit and place the luggage, free breakfast is not that level as not much options when compared to others. Roopa elite is recommended hotel, breakfast is superb. After seeing the places and travel, hotels, trip seems bit costly. Time constraint to visit Ooty places Overall, felt that package is bit costly but went smooth from start to end
