Amazingly planned trip with super supportive Driver.

We recently had a wonderful trip to Mysore and Coorg, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. We were fortunate to explore a variety of scenic locations, each more breathtaking than the last, and we indulged in delicious local cuisine that gave us a true taste of the region's flavors. A big part of our enjoyable experience was thanks to our trip driver, Sunil, who was extremely professional throughout the journey. He ensured we covered all the places listed in the itinerary and even shared interesting insights about the destinations. His dedication and pleasant demeanor added great value to our trip. The resort we stayed at was another highlight of our vacation. Nestled amidst the serene woods, it offered stunning views that made for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The food served at the resort was equally delightful, offering a wide range of flavors that satisfied our palate. However, while the trip itself was fantastic, I want to share some feedback regarding the booking experience. Our travel agent, Kishan from Bookitforgetit, was very proactive and responsive before we booked the trip. Unfortunately, after the booking was finalized, I found myself repeatedly following up for crucial details such as the hotel voucher, payment confirmations, and driver information. This lack of consistent communication and post-booking support was a bit disappointing. My humble request to Travel Triangle is to ensure that better customer service is provided after the booking process is complete. It’s crucial to maintain the same level of attentiveness throughout the entire experience. While the trip itself was great, the post-booking service left room for improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for travelers like us.

Hotels were not at good locations, rest everything was good

The hotels/ Resort were top class with the staff being cooperative and guest friendly . Driver Wasim deserves special mention for his exceptional guidance for locating the best shops catering to tourist requirements . Driving skills were very good. On the first lap of journey , Bangalore to Mysuru , an Etios was provided , which was more roomy and had adequate leg space , on the remaining leg of the tour , a Desire was provided. This car was not in very good condition , with the flaps behind the seat , being torn. It was observed that Driver had to to sleep in the car at night , no accomodation is provided for him. This policy may be reviewed Ooty coffee plantations . Tea factory.

Overall trip was conducted good, with some issues with cab, hotels booked are good but some of them do not have good service and good food. Hotels are not 4-star graded as informed or shown in the site.

Hotel room was little contested.Other than that everything was good. Cab and driver has covered more than listed places.and response from agent was also good. Response from hotel was also good. Covered more than promised places.

Booking experience was very smooth and easy. Our stay was excellent. The resort was worth a 5 star. Food was awesome,staffs were very friendly and helpful. The ambience was superb, location is very good. We faced some problem regarding the car and the driver. The person is very money minded and did skip couple of places. Please try to assign a young driver next time. Also, take the full responsibility to pay the amount to the transportation and the resort/hotel next time. Please assign a good car next time as we had to wait for more than 2 hours in pykara as the car did not respond because of battery problem. Please keep these couple of points the next time I am planning any tour. The stay The places we had visited

Had a trip to Kerala in December'24. I visited Munnar, Alleppey and Varkala with my wife and parents. The experience was pretty good from Travel Triange agent. They provided Ertiga for commuting from one city to other as well as intracity sightseeing. The 2 night stay(Munnar Queen) in munnar was satisfying and upto the expectation. Same goes with the stay(The World Backwaters) in Alleppey. But the stay(Elixir Cliff - Villa Sasha) in Varkala was pathetic to say the least. It had no refirgerator, rooms were smelling very bad, weirdly there was no handle from outside in the balcony door, swimming pool was not maintained properly and I would not recomment this property to anyone. The driver from book it forget it was good. Overall, I had a decent trip top Kerala with my family. Thanks to Travel Triangle/book it forget it for making it seamless and memorable.
