Overall good experience, except food constraints always remain there specially for people travelling from north, west & central India . Won't get much variety in breakfast as people in south are heavily dependent on Non veg items, and for veg they serve Idli , dosa, idiyappam, appam, utpam everyday. everyhotel has indoor kitchen facility , except Curly woods resort (Thekeddy) , which in turns makes things little inflexible in ordering. Elephant ride with fountain is the best part of the trip Beautiful all time weather because of premonsoon with gradual drizzling 24x7 round the clock. Kalaripayattu steals the show . Overall good experience

After booking travel agent not contacted. Cab driver didn’t confirm when he is coming. So one whole day was gone by travel. Hotel is good but not hygienic. Not suitable for child with care of hygienic. Black thunder trip was good.

Nice arrangments done as per iternairy. Hotel drive vehicle were good. Need to brief client about best iternairy possible as they are new to the place so that time can be saved. Overall we enjoyed the trip. Looking forward for new destination during Diwali break. Tabel top at Coorg .

Hotel's are not good, what i expected

Breakfast is very nice, 24 hrs hot water, extra matress is provided. Service is good . Package is worth...no extra cost taken

Our Trip was really good,We enjoyed.Cab was really good,hotel rooms are also good,but regarding Cleaness its bad,and food breakfast was not served properly in time,all delay with shortage.

Good trip, shahil from bookit forget it helped totally thanks to him. Cab service was not upto the mark. Woodnote Thekkady was awesome to stay. Kondailip resort was not upto the mark. Doors of the rooms doesn't have proper locks. Not worthy for the cost incurred.

Overall it was a very good trip

Overall trip was very good. Hotels accommodation was also good. Driver was professional and cooperative but vehicle Innova provided was although neat & clean from inside but since it was very old hence was not good enough for hill station rides and pickup & speed was lacking. Travel agent was not upto his words regarding payment. Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent. My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip. Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.

We recently had a wonderful vacation to Ooty, and everything about the trip was simply perfect. Right from the cab arrangements to the hotel stay and sightseeing, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. A special mention to our cab driver, Prakash. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the trip. His knowledge of the local spots and helpful nature made our experience even more enjoyable. He ensured we were comfortable at all times and assisted us with every little detail during the trip. Overall, it was a memorable and stress-free holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
