After paying huge packages, driver and vehicle is not at mark, driver not able to speak eng and hindi language, it is so inconvenient to us and also not using google map while driving, every time asking everyone, not reached any destination in time, always late by 1 or 2 hrs. Hotel room booked by was privilege suite which is not provided, ask to manager to change room where executive from sterling denied…. It is bad experience….. we have…… No

It was our first family trip with all age members from 5 to 75, and everybody liked the trip..... It was a great and very nice trip which we had ever. The services provided by agent and Travel triangle was fantastic and we found the team was very attentive and polite. The hotels selection and cab service better than expected, specifically agent Rohitkumar and cab driver Shakti were very helpful. Time spent in Kanyakuamri beach and Rameshwaram temple is lifetime memory

Every thing is good. Payment screenshot should also be shared to customer regarding hotels as there is some gap between manager and receptionist even though you had done on time. Regular Follow up should be there regarding driver and hotel allocation before the trip inspite of customer calling every time.

Hotel provided was just ok. Not that great. No toiletries were provided.when we requested. For an upgrade of the room they said they would charge us 1000 extra per night. However they demanded 1500 while checkout. But finally they agreed for 1000 per night which I felt bad on their part. They never told me 1500 extra per night. Same type of breakfast for three days. Travel agent did not call us a single time to know the status and Check if we have any issues. Expected call from the agent. Cab driver was an excellent guy. He helped us with all the tour details and always had right suggetion.
