Book It Forget It

Agency booking for hotels : Overall its not promising as i had specifically requested to have bookings done near munnar and Thekkady. They have booked 12 to 15 kms away from Munnar which has caused a lot of inconvienience to travel morning and evening . I have asked them to book near by hotels they have not taken into consideration Driver and Car: Excellent driver and shown the places but it would have been better if he was given more instructions of places to visit. which was missing Hotel in Munnar : i was the only guest in the hotel and charges are more per day. no provision for lunch on the day of check in. we had to travel 10 kms for lunch as its far away from city. Hotel in Thekkaday : Same story far away from Thekkady . it could have been better if we were given room in Thekkady as tthis is off season. House boat in Allepey : worst 2 bed room not cleaned , it was very old boat and cleaning was not done from Dream waters. Maintainence is very poor. after i have gone there i have seen other better house boats at same price. this is worst. But the caretakers service was good . Massage was very bad. house boat has tied up with Massage center in the village. it was not worthy for the money.

We are not happy with the Ashoka hotel, Rameswaram. They have provided a small bed for 3 people and didn't get proper response from the travel agent.

The arrangements were made very nicely by the agent, and the tempo traveler along with the driver were also great. Just the last stay at Allepey where we had House boat the experience was not good, as it was too hot and the Boat person was very adamant with AC and the food option was OK and they were not very cooperative. Rest the entire trip was well organized...

Kerela is one of the best God gifted place on earth. It was great experience to visit Kerala. Want to visit Southern part of Kerala..

Appreciate the continous effort made by the agent in booking and the driver throughout our trip. Would recommend double checking the category of rooms booked in the booking.

It was a great trip and driver is very good.

Overall experience was very good. Most of the Hotels provided were as per expectation except the houseboat as they in the end tried to shift us to some small boat to save costs which was rectified post discussion with the houseboat for 1 hr. Cab was good, neat and clean and driver’s behaviour was also good.

I had a fantastic experience with Amaze travel company during my Kerala tour, which included Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey. The package was budget-friendly, and the hotels were exceptionally clean and of high quality. While the food at the hotels was decent, it could have been better. The itinerary covered all the must-see places, and Our driver was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. SAHIL for his assistance throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this agency for a memorable trip.

Mr. Rohit, who was coordinating was just too ignorant about things. It took me so much time to get my requirements right. After the deal was finalized he was asking for more money because he did not read the prices correctly. Pathetic service. The trip was good.
