The hotel at ooty was superb. And the driver was very well behaved and helpful.

We have shared my flight details to concerned person (Mr. Vikas) who was dealing for planning and hotel selection. After my confirmation to hotels. (2 nos. , they shared the quote and confirmed that hotels are tentatively booked. But next day, despite their confirmation, they have changed the hotel in coorg. This is first unexpected change. Next they were informed that final quote is 57500 including everything as flight is booked my myself. Then during first payment they asked to give Rs. 600 extra for first time travel triangle fee. Later i informed them that i had used travel triangle before so Rs. 600 should be waive off, In last Mr. Vikas and Ms. himanshi confirmed that it will be done as per given quote. But after first installment of Rs. 10600 , they asked Rs. 29300 for second payment , I did the same. During my last day of trip, Driver asked me to pay 18500 as balance. then i told him that 17600 is balance. He told me that they have informed to get 18500 for cab. Then i spoke to Mr. Vikas, he told me that you pay we will return the balance once u will get back. But no calls , msg from their side and no reply of my msg. this feedback is not for amount. It is just to give real experience that customer used to face. Travel triangle is big platform. they should hire professional people as partner. This is truely unprofessional.

Hotel is good. But breakfast is not up to the mark.

Travellers are left on their own and no follow up from the agent after booking is done

Agent - sahil vij Company - book it forget it Trip - Kerala - athirappally, allepey, munnar Bad points - 1) driver was unable to understand Hindi as well as English. 2) ensure that driver is following itinery 3) we requested extra mattress( which was in packages )on houseboat but we got only bedsheet and blanket 4) many things like 2 falls and one national park was closed . But it was mentioned in itinerary. Tell agent to plan accordingly to date of travel 5)check the hotel and car before booking. Most hotels review on MakeMyTrip or Goibibo were like 3 and 2. Not much review were there. I have changed hotel before. 6) ask about houseboat company beforehand. Good point - 1) agent helped a lot while traveling. 2) driver showed many good spots other than mentioned in itinerary - thanks to Mr. Habeeb.

I am happy with hotel booking as it was exactly what was promised but we requested a cab driver who can speak hindi and we were promised so but we did not get a driver who speaks hindi.

Agency booking for hotels : Overall its not promising as i had specifically requested to have bookings done near munnar and Thekkady. They have booked 12 to 15 kms away from Munnar which has caused a lot of inconvienience to travel morning and evening . I have asked them to book near by hotels they have not taken into consideration Driver and Car: Excellent driver and shown the places but it would have been better if he was given more instructions of places to visit. which was missing Hotel in Munnar : i was the only guest in the hotel and charges are more per day. no provision for lunch on the day of check in. we had to travel 10 kms for lunch as its far away from city. Hotel in Thekkaday : Same story far away from Thekkady . it could have been better if we were given room in Thekkady as tthis is off season. House boat in Allepey : worst 2 bed room not cleaned , it was very old boat and cleaning was not done from Dream waters. Maintainence is very poor. after i have gone there i have seen other better house boats at same price. this is worst. But the caretakers service was good . Massage was very bad. house boat has tied up with Massage center in the village. it was not worthy for the money.

We are not happy with the Ashoka hotel, Rameswaram. They have provided a small bed for 3 people and didn't get proper response from the travel agent.
