Book It Forget It

Had a trip to Kerala in December'24. I visited Munnar, Alleppey and Varkala with my wife and parents. The experience was pretty good from Travel Triange agent. They provided Ertiga for commuting from one city to other as well as intracity sightseeing. The 2 night stay(Munnar Queen) in munnar was satisfying and upto the expectation. Same goes with the stay(The World Backwaters) in Alleppey. But the stay(Elixir Cliff - Villa Sasha) in Varkala was pathetic to say the least. It had no refirgerator, rooms were smelling very bad, weirdly there was no handle from outside in the balcony door, swimming pool was not maintained properly and I would not recomment this property to anyone. The driver from book it forget it was good. Overall, I had a decent trip top Kerala with my family. Thanks to Travel Triangle/book it forget it for making it seamless and memorable.

It was easy to plan our trip with travel triangle. We went to kodaikanal from Chennai and it was a customised package. Travel agent and cab driver was friendly and no issues faces during our trip. Excellent trip and would recommend anyone who wants to go on a trip with a customised package.

Gopiniwas Grand hotel was not good. Rameshwaram Trand hotel was ok ok. Ocean Bay was best and MMR Gardens hotel was good too. Driver was very nice he showed us many spots. Rameshwaram was worth to visit.

It was pretty nice trip, hotel staff was very helpful.

Promises in terms of hotels / Cab Quality delivered however Houseboat hall area - AC not working which ruined our evening & Cab driver knowledge & Guidance of Itinerary was poor.

Hi Team, Overall the trip was very enjoyable and the driver and the traveller was good. However, I highlighted a few points earlier, such as missing stuff in the Kodaikanal hotel, the breakfast issue in Munnar, and Missed sight seeing, which required prior booking through Forest department approval. Other than these hiccups, it was enjoyable and on trip coordination was good. All the hotel staff and house boat staff along with Driver was nice.

It was a great experience booking my trip with travel triangle. The booking was very simple. They provide me quotes to get the best options as per my needs. They customized those as per my update request as well. Cab and spots were good. Hotels could have been better. Overall nice planning.This is my second trip I planned with them and we see a lot more coming.

Hotel room was not up to the mark rest all the things were good.

Mysore hotel ruchi the prince was excellent, Ooty hotel darshan and Kodaikanal hotel sunshine resort were good and coimbatore hotel sree Bharat residency was also very good. Cab driver mahadev was appreciable and we'll behaved person. He was very cooperative and knowledge of all places are good. Rating 5 star. Mr. Kishan Kumar from book it forget whole tour from beginning to end was smooth and we'll planned. Mysore.. Ooty... Kodaikanal... coimbatore all places are good.

Hi Team, As you this wasn't my 1st trip with you guys. Though booking was hassle free was surprised to after service, moreover your App was so pathetic which I had complained also, inspite of install & uninstall multiple times , I had login and due payment issues. No transparency on cost due to which I eventually paid on higher payment instead of what it was promised to be, refund for the same pending. Had mixed opinion on overall journey 1) Driver Nice and very friendly guy and always promot on his duty, full 5star for him. 2) Hotel - Lake View munnar * Property was good with view point and staffs etc. But drawbacks were , It's 3 Star hotel rather 4 star. I had face Hot water issue for all days, Team used to attend complaint but didn't get resolved . Food for one night was so bad and it lacks with other amenities to be called a 4Star. 3) Boat house It was fantastic, nice crew team, Good food & Hospitality. It didn't had hot water facilities As I was carrying my infant , but overall it was a happy stay. 4) Support from Travel agent / Travel triangle representative Totally below par to my expectations, As eveytime I need to do too many follow ups, Still I didn't get my refund amount on excess money paid. House boat stay and Villa Property of hotel.
