I recently had the pleasure of planning my honeymoon through BookItForgetIt, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final booking, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to tailor the trip to our preferences. They provided a variety of destination options, taking into consideration our interests and budget. Throughout the trip, communication with the agency was prompt and efficient. 1. Agent given us the diver details at the last moment. Needed multiple reminder to do that plus Travel Triangle intervention 2. We asked for a English speaking driver. The driver though polite and friendly, knew little English 3. We asked for all 4 star accommodation including the boat house one. Except the Munnar Cloud casstle, rest were barely at the 4 star. God's own coumtry, (Kerala) have some meaning. Kerala sightseeing and boat house was an unique experience

Till Ooty planning was nice, also enjoyed toy train suggestion, but travel agent didn't plan mysore trip well, had to rush to mysore and the journey was terrible. Took almost 6 hrs to reach bcoz of road work, travel agent should also keep up with construction work going on route and suggest accordingly. Overall experience was satisfactory Botanical garden visit and eating maggi with my family on dolphin point was magical

Overall, the trip was good and the itinerary covered all the sights we wanted to see. The biggest issue we had was that the tour offered an English speaking guide but our guide spoke only a few words of English and we struggled to ask basic questions and kept communication to a minimum. He was really a driver. He dropped us off at the different sites and did not accompany us or give us any background about the things we saw. I complained to Book It and Forget It travel agency on the first day but they did not make any changes. Otherwise, our guide was an easy going, punctual, nice guy who really loves getting from point A to B in the shortest time possible (which also meant we skipped lunch if we didn’t ask for a stop). We never felt unsafe, but his seatbelts didn’t work and was passing cars on windy mountain roads with 1 lane traffic. The accommodations were overall nice, some with really nice views! No major complaints, but some were actually 3 star hotels when the package promised 4 stars and above. Alleppey house boat was very scenic and nice and the home cooked meal was the best!

Overall we had good trip because of good driver Mr Anand S. Glad that we got early check in MGM Gardens Madurai with cooperation from Mr Sahil. The hotel in Rameshwaram was too small to accommodate 3 persons. 1 being a 10 yr kid. Overall we are satisfied with this trip. Murugan temple Madurai, Danushkodi, Pamban bridge and Vivekanand memorial rock at Kanyakumari.

No proper guidance / suggestions received from Cab driver while visiting places. We were confused

Hotel rooms were not so good even after booking 4 star hotels. Also few must go places were not included in the cab services, had to separately book it. It would be good if travel agent provides such exceptions in advance so that we can take better decision upfront Off road trip in Munnar which was not included in the package and had to separately book it

Please book hotel with restaurant or near by restaurant for family, as in cherai beach we have face trouble for food.
