Book It Forget It

Special thanks to Mr. Sahil for arranging my first solo trip at Kerala. The hotel arrangements were super and comfortable. There was a miscommunication during my arrival whereby no pick-up service is available. So, I took a cab to reach the hotel at midnight. The agent has refunded the cab fee with apologizes. The driver Mr. Thomas is a good English-speaking driver. I am comfortable with him for my 5 days journey at Cochin, Guruvayoor, Munnar and Alleppey.

Simply I can say " Bookit and forget it...., you will fall loving it. " excellent suggestions/services by Book it n forget it. We can customise our trip as per our wish and The Sahil(book it n forget it agent) will make it possible. And the cab driver (Anil Kumar Lal) was nice guy, he will help/cooperative all the way and all the days(even though the cab was old but the service/nature by driver made positive feeling

Good experience

Over all experience is neutral. Start with the itinerary which was not decided wisely by agency. If you are going first time don't believe on 'book it forget it' explore places and activities by your own before being there. I was in the santosa island for half day without any pre planned activity to do. So i purchased the tickets by my own. Second there will be no guide to help you during your tour. I have seen other travel agency were providing their guides for the full day so that you can enjoy your whole day without running for help and information and waist your time unnecessarily. The biggest issue was with the flight. I got the ticket for air asia which doesn't provide any meal, water and blanket without charges. You can get all these facilities even in domestic flights at free of cost. Not happy at all with 'Book it Forget it' for providing this type of international flight where you have to travel more than 5 hours in direct flight and about 10 hours in connecting flight without food, water or pay by your own. Friends you can choose travel triangle/book it forget it for your holidays, but you'll be needed to check all aspect of your journey by your own before being there and make clear everything with agency before booking any package because the things shown by agency will not be what you are expecting with them.

Trip to Mysore, Waynad and Ooty. Mysore stay was good. Hotel at Waynad was dirty, smelly and do not have resort facility but called as Resort. Ooty hotel stay was good but food was costly. Travel Agent might have book waynad hotel by looking at name of hotel not done detailed review of it, which created some issue, same for AC room were asked however it was not booked.

This was my family first International Trip and we choose travel triangle because we were very much assure of the good service by them. This is my third trip with travel triangle and Every trip was organised in very well manner and appropriately. As it was our family first International trip, every moment will be cherished and every memories are the best.

It was really a nice trip in kerala. Actually I got above my expectations in Munnar 2 days stay. Nice atmosphere and culture to visit with family. Really appreciating to travel triangle for arranging this awesome trip for us. Nice to see you again. Thank you so much Having best memories in flight as both me and my wife travelled 1st time in plane. So were tensed but everthing happened right in favour of us. Munnar and its memories regarding national park is also memorable for us. Thanks again to cab driver who helped alot to us and felt secure to travel.

Trip was very well planned. Tour buses were always on time at the hotel. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience.

Accommodation and foods are very bad.

Trip arrangements are good but after payment there is no proper response from the agent 'Book it forget it' may be they forget the user after booking.... The best part is our cab driver SAJEEV he is very helpful, he is having good knowledge on hotels in munnar, alleppey etc.,

Everything was good except car driving.. Rose garden, Alleppey trip was good.
