Frankly speaking am happy with the services. And happy with driver... He explained each and everything.. when we asked Kerala style food he helped to get it done..And the cheff and captain we're good... Dey explained abt the house boat and place... Overall I can rate 9/10 Yes

Book it forget it made a good travel arrangements. They kept their words in whatever they said. Trip was really amazing. Confidentally can go with this agent..

Trip went well, just few things which can be done better is planning of spots which my agent did not suggested well. For example he suggest munnar for 2 days and then thekkady for one day. In thekkady there were nothing and it was waste of time, in the name of cultural activity just dance there. Alleppy was right choice and kochi was ok. The hotel in thekkady was not pure veg which I should ask him but never mind overall its a nice experience

Hotels comfort were good but the food served in the hotels were not good. We are vegetarian so what ever gravy and soup items we have ordered only had flavor of garlic and onion. Rest of the things were good. Hotels were up to the mark and faced no issues with comfort. Driver was different than no and name provided before the trip so faced communication problems while travelling on day one. The driver was not able to speak Hindi or English. Overall we had a great time. One more thing some food stuff were earlier told by hotel staff as a complimentry but while checkout we had paid for those items as well.

The destination and itinerary was excellent. However, the arrangements were satisfactory

Everything was well arranged inspite of very low telephone signal. They should include the helicopter service from Havelock to Port Blair as a part of tourist attraction. The Radhanagar bech view was once in a lifetime time type,Will look further for my next trip with travel triangle.

Memorable family tour of Kerala. Thanks to Akil from Book It and Forget It for great arrangements and continuous coordination throughout the trip. Natural beauty of Echo Point and Rajamala at Munnar. Backwater boating at Alleppy.

All things were good but trip should be booked without flight ticket. Bcz travel agent don't choose best choice for flight. Cruise was awesome

Caption : "Book it Lose your money " * As caption tells "Book it Lose your money”, if you are going for a travel with "Book it Forget it “agents. Below are the points for justifying my statement. * During the first installment (75% of total tour cost was first installment) itself , is paid for booking Flight + Hotel . Hotel is changed from Aqueen Lavender to Park Sovereign (which is better) during the 1st installment .For hotel change, extra 3000 Rs asked from us . We paid extra 3,000 Rs for it and booked. But when final voucher has come, Hotel is degraded to Aqueen . This is utter cheating to the costumers. * We have asked this cheating regarding hotel, with Book it forget it travel agents like ,Sahil Nanda , Sahil Vij , Kameshwar. But everyone is failed to give proper answer. We lost our money of 3,000 which we have given for better hotel experience. We have informed this with Travel triangle tour agents like Nishant Chauhan . There was no response from him also. Yogesh Olla was supposed to be our tour guide from travel triangle, never took interest in receiving our calls also . He just sends mails and forgets it. * We paid extra 4,500 Rs for flight booking, even though we had made payment on the same day of final confirmation of itinerary . * Extra 700 Rs is asked for door step delivery of VISA. * Sahil Nanda [agent of "Book it Forget it”], has told after landing in Singapore, need to call hotline number of Singapore tour agent . When we called Singapore agent number , nobody received our call for 2.5 hours . We were waiting in airport itself for pickup. When I called agents in India, nobody received calls here also. I was stuck with 2.8 years of my baby in Airport of Singapore .It was terrible experience. The confirmation voucher which is handed over to us was telling, the Singapore agents will approach us within 75 minute after landing. But in our case , nobody responded till 2.5 hours . *City tour was waste, In entire city tour we were sitting in the bus and all the places were shown through bus windows only, and only three opportunity to get down from the bus where extra exorbitant payment ($110 for two people) need to be made for Singapore Flyer and river boat rides , those who have not opted for this, city tour is utter waste of time/money . Final stop was on a chocolate shop where them seemed to get a commission for stopping tourists. City tours could have been made tailed to see other Singapore’s prime locations and attractions .It has so many beautiful places to explore. *It was great help , if they would have provided travel guide i.e what place what need to be done, and give high level over view of sightseeing, purchasing, food places… * So my advice is not to go with " Book it Forget it" agents , you might have to "Book it Lose your money " . Travel triangle agents also not taking responsibility of satisfying the customers or answering their queries .

The tour had worked well for me and family. We had a great overall experience in booking through /Travel Triangle and Book it Forget it. The team at agency was very supportive and always held their nerves when I was irritating at times due to lack of patience on my side. Tour was planned well. There were occasions that I felt this activity was not required or instead of this, that could have been done etc. It would be nice if someone from the agency can guide us regarding these little matters. As a whole, without your support and help, this trip could not have been this beautiful. Thanks a lot.

Hotels was good expect Chilax @Vagamoon. Driver was too good and he treated us as his family member. Overall awesome trip.. book it forget it you awesome and planning our next trip only with you..
