We booked the holiday through book it forget it. Our travel agent Akhil was always readily available and flexible for the bookings and changes. It has been a good experience booking the vacation through him. In addition to Akhil, I would highly appreciate our cab driver/guide for the entire trip - Anish. He has been an incredible driver and had been motivating us to experience everything possible throughout the way. I would sincerely recommend him for any trips to Kerala.

Overall it was a good trip. Though there were changes in hotels and room category from travel agent, but the end it was a memorable trip. Munnar - Ayur Green Resort was good Resort and Breakfast was good but other than that restaurant food was not good. Thekkady - Tiger Roar is good resort if you get Forest view room other rooms are quite small and not so good. Food was good. Private Houseboat - Experience was good but Pest control was not done, we found insects and cockroaches in room and bathroom. Food was ok. There should be more running time for boat, we hardly get 5 -6 hour running time. Kovalam - Sea Rock Beach Resort was awesome, Hotel upgraded our room to Beach facing room on request without extra charges. Food was good. Driver and Vehicle - We got Dzire, Driver Nahas was friendly and very humble. Hewas well informed about locations and sight seeing. Celebrating Holi on Houseboat was one of the memorable part of our trip. Kerala is must visit place.

Agents calls before booking, but after booking didn't take interest. And promised me to return extra credit card charges by pay tm cash back but now not taking any interest. Beraya Resort stay.

Trip was good. But small small issue which can be rectify but travel agent didn’t bother and he blaim of us that we were wrong evertime but in the depth proper planning was missing Only this thing can be improved Best part of trip is langkawi tour and Genting Highland

The worst taxi driver ever, ruined my trip. Was very greedy, asking for money all the time, not ready to go through or follow itinerary. Had problem with our itinerary itself which we booked (not sure why he even took it then) Wasnt ready to stop at a proper restaurant also on the way for the food. Was like everything should be done as per his saying even the food. Made us walk for long everytime for smaller things also to save himself parking. For sightseeing either we ask locals and have to walk and take local convince eventhough it was the part of itinerary. Worst service. Driver Kept telling had taken this trip from agent in very cheap price. He kept saying kms are going very high even though he hardly drove 30 kms on few days. He was not even good for hotel to hotel drop also wasting lot of time as he used to drive at 40 to 60 and taking from interior roads avoiding highways (maybe due to tolls) Would recommend to avoid this driver if you are really looking for a normal atleast if not a good trip and full of stress and wasting too much money.

Went to Mauritius. I feel like looted. I came to know that others have got better deals on Travel Triangle. Rooms of the Hotel were not so good.

Hotels was not upto the mark.. we were told to pay for using the air conditioner in the room by the hotel staff. No television found in the room.there was no provision of geyser.. Water sports were really good
