The driver Srikant was very good and professional. He guided us extremely well. I would recommend him for all the travellers. Munnar hotel(Bella Vista) was good and as expected. Michael’s Inn and Jeevan beach resort were horrible, no hot water in bathrooms, mostly no lights etc will not recommend to anyone. Cochin hotel was “OK”. I asked for the reciept for the cab, I was asked extra 5% GST which I suppose should have been a part of the package but was not. Munnar site seeing. Kovalam site seeing. Allepey Boat house Driver’s professionalism. The above 3 were the best of all.

I had trouble with the hotels given. The rooms given and service at the hotels are extremely poor. Pls do not suggest the same hotels to other guests. The cab drivers are extremely helpful they helped us in every way they could. I felt myself at India itself even though in a foreign country. I would give them 5 stars for their attitude.

Worst cab services provided cab drivers cam early than provided time and left then you have to pay again for taxi to reach destination No one cares about this either its travel traingle agent who book your trip nor the sevice provider in booked country Bog brands service is much much better as the amount difference shown here in package will be charged by cheating

The trip was very pleasant. There was absolutely no issue with the money nor the cab and driver. There was some unforeseen problem due to OYO, but sorted very quickly by the travel agent. I had booked this trip through Book it Forget it. The service was good and timely. The cab driver was excellent and he maintained a neat cab and drove safely among the hills. The itenary was well prepared and overall it was a good deal. I am again using Travel Triangle for my upcoming trip this Tuesday and would update on the next experience I have with them. Boat House experience was so soothing and pleasant.
