I would like to thanks to both Travel triangle and Agent Book it forget it for giving us in budget package to explore the the nature of God's own Country - Kerla. Travel triangle would always be my first option for all the future trips. Thanks. Awesome Safari of of boathouse. Cab driver's politeness and his suggestions for exploring the places and local food were really good.

The trip was well organized and executed perfectly. All the services were really good and was a memorable experience.

I had booked this trip through Book it Forget it. The service was good and timely.But the cab driver was not good and he has not cover to all spot as per package, he not helpfull to us and also not proper to guide, and we did not see some places becuase of driver behaviour, I am again using Travel Triangle for my upcoming trip but i think they improve their driver services.Boat House experience was so soothing and pleasant.i enjoy over all trip.

Itinerary changed when we reached Mauritius due to which our journey became very hectic and there was huge gap between hotel check out time and flight time and there was no positive response from travel agent nor hotel. And the guide was more interested to take us to the shops from where may be he will get commission and in the trip many hours we felt wasted due to this shopping activity. Nothing as such...

We are the newly married couples booked our honymoon package through travel traingle , experience is very good and didn't get any problem in our entire trip. We booked it from BookItForgetIt and it was a very nice experience.We opted 2 destination "Bali" and "Singapore". In Bali traveling and Hotel is pretty nice but in Singapore only the Hotel is not satisfactory other than that everything is quite satisfactory. Bali is ausom and people are so nice.I love to go Bali again.

It was a good experience for me and my family .

I started my trip from Munnar and there started issues 1. The hotel in Munnar doesn't have basic amenities such as water supply in the attached toilet & bathroom. No tv connection, landline, wifi, electricity 2. The site-seeings mentioned in the voucher were almost all missing on the ground. Some of them were discontinued for a couple of years for tourists. The cleanliness and staff behavior (especially the boathouse) was really good.

Trip was a memorable one. Everything was planned perfectly by the company well in advance

Had a wonderful, memorable trip to Andaman! A special rating of Excellence goes to Dream Journey, the local travel agency in Andaman which my booking agency from TravelTraiangle, i.e BookItForget, had outsourced my journey to. The local agents from Dream Journey in Andaman were wonderful, well co-ordinated and very helpful. Thanks to TA Saahil for making the arrangements at last minute and being very helpful throughout. Cab/ Driver services could have been far better experience considering he's the travel guide for the entire trip (site seeing) and also there were some miscommunication on payment during the travel. Experience with Travel Triangle seems lukewarm. Being in tourism business, if the team isn't available on weekends, then the intent of reliable service is questionable. No positive experience as a first time customer.

I will describe my review for Mauritius in various parts. Overall, my trip was a memorable one as I have done a considerable amount of research on places and hotels, things to do on leisure days. Mauritius a beautiful place and if you plan properly, then you can do many things. It has something for every body. Travel Company-Book It Forget IT- A Super Pathetic company. As the name suggested, once you pay them, you need forget about them and your trip. It was my mistake to go with them even after so many poor reviews for Mauritius. I should have gone with other travel companies who had given me quotes for a better price. The only reason I went with them as they were given me quotes for Tarisa Hotel which was my personal favourite from my research. Mr. Sahil from “Book It Forget It” was a liar; he assured me about a lot of things and none of the things were pan out as promised. First, he will assure you that he can give you the best and after payment, he will start making excuses and limitations of his company on delivering things. Example: I wanted a specific itinerary; Sahil promised me that Itinerary can be modified at later stage which was a complete lie. Rather, I came to know my changed Itinerary on the arrival date at the airport. I had 2 leisure dates where I have booked my things separately. Upon checking woth him about my changed Itinerary, he said I need to inform him about my plans on leisure date before. First, why the hell do I need to inform you what I do in my leisure time? Second, I informed you well in advance during our initial finalized plan that I am scheduling my other activities which are not covered in the quote on the leisure dates. Now, I had to request people at a foreign country saying that my travel company is stupid enough to change the trip detail without letting me know and I want to go with them. Again, Sahil promised me that, I will be getting a local SIM card upon reaching to Airport (Saturday) I didn’t get any and upon reaching there. when I tried to contact Sahil, he repeatedly disconnected my call and after many hours he told me that he would talk to the ground company and handover a sim card on Monday. First, how do you expect me to contact the ground company at least without a sim card. Second, when you received money you never had issues with being a Saturday, now all of sudden you have issue with Saturday. Third, he never contacted me regarding any resolution after it. When I contacted on my last day if I am getting any answer from him, he was not shameful and rude upon answering to me. He won’t let you sleep or do anything else when coming to paying them. He even gave me a wrong bank account information to send the money and later blamed me that I was sending to a wrong address. Why would someone with sound mind try to send 60K to a wrong address? I will suggest everyone please go with any other company but this. I am going to post my review in every channel possible so that people will know how pathetic this Sahil person is and how he is dealing with people with lies and bogus commitments. Rinchen Rengali – Travel Triangle Holiday Expert- I had very few conversations with him. Before trip, he was helpful and solved my issues with Sahil especially during wrong bank information affair. However, when we had issues with sim card and changed itinerary, he never responded me back in time and all I received from him that “he is looking into it”. He never responded me back after it with a resolution for our issue. Regarding the Trip itself:- Without a doubt, drop the north Tour. It is a complete waste of time and money. The only place in this trip has any value is a fort in Port Louise. You will get to see the whole Port Luise itself from the top but it can be dropped from the plan. Rather spend the day going to Botanical Garden or any other place in Mauritius. South tour is fun. Go with the combo pack provided at the Park. Zipline and Nepali bridges were fun. Ile aux Cerf- Very beautiful place. But, don’t go with the price given by your tour company for water sports. Rather go to the island and contact the people there. They will give you cheaper price instead (difference will be couple of thousands overall for 3-4 activities)

The driver Srikant was very good and professional. He guided us extremely well. I would recommend him for all the travellers. Munnar hotel(Bella Vista) was good and as expected. Michael’s Inn and Jeevan beach resort were horrible, no hot water in bathrooms, mostly no lights etc will not recommend to anyone. Cochin hotel was “OK”. I asked for the reciept for the cab, I was asked extra 5% GST which I suppose should have been a part of the package but was not. Munnar site seeing. Kovalam site seeing. Allepey Boat house Driver’s professionalism. The above 3 were the best of all.
