Munnar tree house not good,so much travelling everyday, Jasmin place food quality not good and not cover all place which include in package.best sightseen place not cover in our package cover only normal place.thekkady houseboat running only 1.5 hrs even we have late check in.we also contact agent for this matter but house boat and our book it forget agent not solve our problems.we had paid money for houseboat enjoyment but we have not receive which I want from you.overall trip is good.

Trip was very good. Had great fun in kerala. Really a beautiful place full of natural sceneries and must visit for everyone. Just a few hiccups in one place where hotel was changed at last moment and the initially booked room was very poor but room category upgrade sorted it out somehow. Overall a very nice experience and the services of cab driver and travel agent were also good.

Only plus point of this trip is the driver. Driver is so polite and helpfull. Thank god I have booked the hotel myself in Munnar. Hotel quality in Thekaddy is pathetic. Book it forget said we will provide 3-star hotel but the quality of hotel is not even single star category. Thr is nothing to see in Thekkady. Horrible experience in Thekkady. Name of the Hotel is Michales's Inn. WHITE ROSE HOUSE BOAT VERY POOR SERVICE. Don't book this. No candle light dinner, and provided sugar cake. No sound systems. Staff has asked money at the time of check out. Thr is nothing to see in Kochi also. But Hotel is good in Kochi. 1. Michales's Inn payment not done by Book it Forget it, so they are not allowing to check out after so much discussion with travel agent and hotel staff we left the hotel. 2. Elite palazzo kochi - Same incident happened in this Hotel also. But this time staff not agreed for our cheking out. Travel agent also not helped us. So we paid the Hotel Bill and moved to Airport. Hotel staff said this is regular compliant of BOOK IT FORGRET IT. Travel agent said, we will give you refund but four days are gone still I have not received a single penny. When I will get my refund amount??????? Guys be carefull before choosing this travel agency.
