Book It Forget It

I had booked this trip through Book it Forget it. The service was good and timely. The cab driver was excellent and he maintained a neat cab and drove safely among the hills. The itenary was well prepared and overall it was a good deal. I am again using Travel Triangle for my upcoming trip this Tuesday and would update on the next experience I have with them. Boat House experience was so soothing and pleasant.

We went on a 7 day trip to Himachal, covering Shimla, Manali and Dharamshala. I would not write a long para filled review, but would definitely rate in pros and cons Pros: ✓We got the best quote from Book It Forget It ✓The Hotel selected by the Agent was just perfect. (One of the hotels were booked and the agent informed us and asked if we could give you the some hotel options, instead of booking and informing us later) ✓The payment method was smooth and seamless with discounts and cashback options provided On trip details: ✓Extremely friendly driver (Surendra). He guided us to the best place to have lunch and also informed us when and how to go about the entire trip. The owner of the cab service from the Billa Cab was extremely polite and helpful ✓We stayed in three hotels and there is absolutely nothing short of perfection in terms of hospitality and rooms offered -Royal Jardin Whistling Pines Resort - Shimla -Lotus Inn Riverview - Manali -Nandini Residency - Dharamshala Cons: ✓If you didn't book via Book It Forget it..then forget it :p ✓Sad about returning home after a memorable trip

one of the worst experience we ever had....when we got a mail from travel triangle regarding flood situation I followed up with the agent number of times and they encouraged us to go with the plan saying the things are normal(I even have screen shots still). Even though I paid full amount I didn't see all the places that were in the plan though we have covered trivandrum which was not in plan..my satisfaction for the trip is poor....I will never recommend the agent for any on the fellow travel triangle travelers.....I assured them to take there package once the situation is back to normal.. but they forced us to take the trip saying everything is normal ..i won't encourage this much commercial behavior...on the whole the driver's support was the best thing in our trip... Nothing...worst trip we ever had

very good ..but can i get some money back due to cancellation of one place.(House boat in allepy due to flood in kerela)...ethically you have to give me back some amount. i have booking on 15 August in houseboat at that time every one knows that anyone can not travel at that place. JINENDRA PATEL

Its my first experience with Book it forget it But it was memorable one and all credit goes to Akhil, my travel planner. He is very supportive and done a very good job fullfill all our requirements.

however we had to buy sim card at the airport but the escorting driver was in too much hurry to let it be pleasant rest everything was quite good

I just finished my trip to the kualalampur with book it forget it and it was quite satisfactory. I got reasonable deal although others also offered me the same , I choose them on the basis ofore numbers of trips they conducted. Before you confirm the booking they will call you day n night and afterwards you only call them for the service and so the name is true book it forget it. But otherwise everything was smooth, cabs arrived relatively in time and English speaking gentle drivers. Hotel and services were good just for few bugs in the room and noise of construction site outside the hotel I could have given them a 5 *. Hotel also provided decent breakfast. Sunway lagoon was very thrilling

Please note once you book it, you cannot forget it. The excitement from the agent is just in the beginning until you book the trip with him. After that it is you who should keep reminding him. Also I was initially promised by him that any kind of changes is possible from the iternary. However that was not the case. I was asked to pay 5k extra for no reason. I have traveled with other agents on travel triangle n this was not how the others deal. Also when there was noone to pick us up from the airport, I tried contacting the travel agent. He didn't pick the call nor did he call back or reply asking me what the issue was. I had to contact the driver on my own with a lot of struggle. I personally don't recommend the agent!

It is fantastic trip arranged by agent... Everthing is perfect except mongas hotel at dalhiusie...
