We had a memorable trip throughout. Jaisalmer is of the best place to see Rajasthan culture. We were new to the place but thanks to Mr. Chanchal Hada who arranged for us the best package to cover the place in 03 days. The Driver Mr. Jograj was really very polite and helpful throughout the trip. He was also guide for us who briefed us about Jaiselmer throughout the trip. Service of Hotel at Sam Dunes was very good. Staff was really helpful. I would recommend Mr. Chanchal as good trip advisor and gives best package in budget.

Hi, we book the complete package for Jaisalmer for 3 days 2 nights and hotels and a swiss test house nice. We didn't face any issues to the package. But we faced some issues with the camel ride is We completed the package but once we take the camel they take 10 -15 minutes and they said if you pay more we take you a further 2 KM. or back to the hotel. we pay the additional amount for a complete camel ride.

Tent Stay - Camp-e-khass The tent stay offered to me was good but hygiene was not good. The tent was not cleaned and many insects were there. We had to request staff to clean the tent. However, the staff was extremely helpful, polite and quick in their service. The other services of the tent were good e.g. cultural show, food, outside decoration, etc. Jeep Safari Jeep Safari did not meet the expectations. I was told that it would be sand dunes bashing but it turned out to be mere jeep ride from tent till camel point. I had to shell out additional amounts to do sand dunes bashing Camel Safari Camel Safari was a great experience. With extra amount, one can go still inside the desert and enjoy. Cab experience Cab driver and the car condition was very good. The driver was very polite and punctual. Full marks to him.

Overall trip was good. But I don't like accommodation given by Jaigarh Palace, they gave us the room in basement which gave us feeling like a driver. Even those room was not yet completed. Hotel was good (as I visited the other floors). I don't understand the reason as trip was planned quite early. I would have given 5 rating If it was only for Kasturi Orchid, as that was great experience and ambience. Best part of the trip was Laxman Ji (the driver), he was such a good and easy person. Tempo traveller was also good maintained.

Trip sailer agent was cooperative and responsive. Hotel provided were neat and clean. You should very well know you destinations/visiting places to travel. However some cons are, Third party travel/ driver may misguide you. Third party driver have misguided us in timing for visiting places and have minimized number of places to visit. Of course time was also limited from our side but they didn't plan according to available time and only see how driver can minimize places to visit in particular city. Again no doubt tripsailer have been cooperative.
