MM Travels have given best quote among others , Mr.Sahil was very supportive , However there was slight deviation from their commitment as early check in was not available as promised by MM travels , They have arranged a very good cab & driver was easy going guy & friendly . The stay in both the hotels were good & food was also good , My plan was to reach cochin early morning by 3am & visit munnar 2days , then one day to Thekkady & next day to cochin & catch train by night , Request everyone to plan minimum 3 days in Munnar itself or can stay for 4 days in Munnar to avoid loss of time during travelling from munnar to thekkady (4hrs) & Thekkady to cochin(6hrs) - There are very good places in Munnar itself for 4 days to see, Places to see in Munnar - Jeep safari (Rs.4K for one jeep) , speed boat, tea museum, tea factory , tea plantations , nature all around munnar , Eravikulam Nation park is must watch ,Kathakali & Kalari Fight too can be watched in Munnar itself , pls avoid wonder land & dream land which are theme parks only which are available in our city itself , In Thekkady also we have kathakali & Kalari fight , Jeep safari also available ,Elephant Ride , Kindly avoid going for back waters boating in cochin which is shear waste of money - Since I have reached cochin by 3am , we could not visit few places on the way to munnar like Vaplara, Cheeyappara waterfalls , request everyone to plan to reach by 7am or 8am in cochin by train or flight - Overall its an experience in lifetime to see the nature around us & sherish the memories - Humble request to MM travels to suggest (advice firmly) customers to plan properly to enjoy 100% of the trip instead of giving quote as per customer plan. Spl thanks to Sahil for the support extended & Mr.Sunil(driver of cab) to take us around

The trip ✈️ began with us landing at Kochi airport and then began our journey in a sedan with one of the most polite and helpful driver cum tour guide. It took about 3.5 hour to reach Munnar with rain and curving roads and the view was dark as a night sky without moon. Only road was visible, nothing else. At night we ate and recharged our batteries for next day. At 7.00 am next day the magic unfolded, the view was amazing, we were unable to believe we crossed these mountains and views without appreciating it. We enjoyed ride in Hot Air Baloon, activities at Wonder Valley, boat ride at Mattikutty Dam and last Kathakkali Dance viewing before returning to hotel and rest. On third day we proceeded to Thekkady. After reaching there we took Jeep Safari (the road for safari was a road to hell, all your joints and bones would be displaced just in this ride). After that we viewed the tree plantation and enjoyed Elephant ride. Then back to hotel for rest. On fourth day we left for Allapuzha. After 3.5 hours we reached near the boat house alloted to us. There we enjoyed boat ride in heavy rain, it was awesome. Newton's third law for every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. With rain came the unbearable humidity, mosquitoes and sleepless night. On fifth day we left for airport and later said goodbye to a Friend, Kerala and took memories made with them. Hopefully we will meet again. Views of Munnar, first Hot Air Baloon ride, Katthakalli Dance, seeing wild elephants on mountain near Sathram view point, tree plantation, first Elephant ride and living a day in boat house in rain.

Overall it was a good experience at Kerala. Robin organised everything for us and the Driver Mathew and very jolly person and was good. Food was very good at the house boat. we were impressed about the work of the cook, he prepared tasty food(including Non-veg and tea). But when we asked for additional tea, he was not able to provide as Milk was not available. The hotel quality was good everywhere. These are all about the positive site. On the improvement note, i would suggest you to please make some background work and select the places for visit. I did not do any background work and just went according to the fixed tour of the operator but I feel, some of the places were not required. Please ask specifically which places they will be taking to (of course it is part of itinerary) do a lot of research on those places and if you feel it is good, please provide else, request them to change the plan. I think they are flexible enough to change the plan.

Kerala is a wonderful place organized by Travel Triangle. The hotel properties were not as per expectations, standard and seemed too expensive as per the rates charged. However the driver Sajan and his cab was too good and did the balancing act and made our trip memorable. I am giving a 4 star **** just bcoz of driver or would have been even one less. Munnar is the place to be.. suggest travellers to extend a day more or even skip Thekkady

I had to pay for extra bed which I did not use..and it was requested over and above the package ...which they could have charged on usage...and the houseboat was not at all good...it was very old and poorly maintained ....broken windows... dusty..rusty and old rags and awfully smelly blankets were used ...it was the worst houseboat... other houseboat looked perfect..they have booked the cheapest houseboat they could..crew members were old and impatient..they got irritated when my kids were playing around...very bad experience... Our second driver Nouphel was very good and helpful too..

Everything is outsourced, next person also outsources service to next and so on. So great communication gap exists. Otherwise people of Kerala are honest, but not friendly. When the driver refused to go for extra KMs as it was his duty as per promised by Aryan Travels that Driver and Vehicle shall be available for 24x7 and there shall be no extra KM charges, but he charged Rs. 1000/- for 22 KM and all the agents of travel agency refused to abide by their own wording which is in written. You can't do help yourself in an unknown place and agents are free to harrass u. Travel Triangle also didn't accepted any of my calls. What a surprise.

It was my 2nd trip to Kerala, 1st time with Namaskaram travels which was a perfect choice i made without any prior knowledge of Travel Triangle or Travel agent. Definitely recommend both of them. Munnar, Thekkady & Alleppey were all places left a lasting moments in our life. We were travelling with 4 adults and 4 children (3 Kids under Age 3). 1) Excellent Driver cum Guide Mr. Paul Roy has drove us safely throughout our trip. 2) Mr. Vineeth & Mr. Chetan were so concerned of our everyday trip. It was since 45 days prior plan Vineeth has never let us down but accommodated all anxious questions with cool head patiently till the end of our trip. Deserves Super 5 star for his services 3) Coming back to Hotels at each place were excellent. However since it was June we expected A/C accommodation at Thekkady but understandable hill stations doesnt have usually. 4) Covered all major tourist spots and enjoyed thoroughly with reasonable rates.
