      1. Kovalam (a) Hotel :- (i) Rooms are very basic only OK, had to ask even for electric kettle and they can give only 01 kettle for 03 rooms (ii) Breask fast is complimentary but menu was same for the same day & also not to much to choose (iii) Very far from road no parking for vehicle & also you have to walk for the hotel sometime along with your belongings. (iv) Overall it was only a OK stay. 2. Alleppy (a) Houseboat (i) Nice boat, good ambience but staff can be more courteous & helpful (ii) Food menu is also more or less same for dinner as well as for lunch & not to much choose in breakfast, this can be improved (iii) If you ask for extra tea or coffee even with extra payment other than laid out time they will straight away deny it. I think this is very bad attitude for only tea & coffee. (iv) check out time can be extended by one hour 0900hr is very less time for check out time. Hotel— (i) Awesome property, very nice rooms, excellent ambience (ii) Room service & staff was great (iii) All facilities including parking & swimming pool Hotel at Alleppy The Lakeside

I had a few points to mentions here for Joymol who has organized this package for me and also for the other viewers who are looking to book from Aans Holidays. Cons: 1) The driver we got for a pick up and drop from Kochi to Allepey was very rash and we almost avoided collision three time on our way. 2) The House boat that was promised was not given to us and instead some other boat was provided , it was good but not as premium as offered to us. 3) There were issues in coordination with house boat people as they were not really helpful and we had issue with our food, as we asked for a strict veg food but was not communicated well. 4) There were issue at the Hotel in Kanyakumari where we were not given rooms together though we were a family of four and we had to struggle with hotelier to give us rooms together and there was no preference for us for any sea facing view rooms which reflect a really bad planning. Pros: 1) The driver we got for the rest of the trip for 4 days "Sanoj" was really very helpful and showed us everything very nicely. 2) Joymol was available on call throughout our trip even it was her brother wedding . 3) Overall travel experience was really good with a nice and clean crysta Innova which was provided to us. Experience can really change by taking care of very small thing also which was missing but Still it was overall a good one for me an my family

I went to Kerala trip ( 5 days and 4 nights) 18-May-2019 to 22-May-2019 using travel triangle. Sharing travels is the agent who planned my trip. Namith is the Point of contact for me from sharing travels. The best thing I felt from Namith is response from his side is very quick. when ever I am in confusion or having any difficulties in trip (checkin to hotels) Namith responded very quickly and resolved the issues. My experience was good. Pros: a) Driver along with car will be there along with you through out the trip. If you are a single driver or going along with family then this will be usefull. b) Budget is reasonably good. c) Hotel bookings and travel places will be designed by the travel agents which will help you in having smooth experience. Overall experience was good. Cons: a) I felt driver should have taken to more places and most of the time he offs AC.I don't want to have any argument hence I kept quite even though I felt sad. b) Most of the places I spent my money again to see the places(Spice gardens and flower parks wonder Vally). I felt at least some things should be taken care by agent. (At the end I felt agent did hotel booking and car along with driver) c) When we are at alleppey house boat the driver went to some other place again we need to pay extra money to auto person to reach to beach. Conclusion: Next trip onwards Could you please make sure even though you take more money also not a problem but I felt end to end trip should be taken care by agent. Driver should be more available and we should not dependent on third party vendor for travel in side trip (if its mandatory then its fine). itinerary should have been better..most of the good time in day is wasted in travelling between cities (Munnar - thekkady- Alleppey ). I am getting tired when I reach that destination (around 12 PM to 1 Pm you will reach every day) by 6 pm driver will take you to hotel..Its my sincere suggestion that if you can correct this things you can provide really good experience to travellers like me.. I am happy about your service..but I felt above things should be taken care as I felt very sad in the trip. Hotels should be good and mostly try to provide good resorts (when we are travelling with family it is really important)..you can charge more , its still fine.

It was a wonderful experience with Traveltriangle and Raisonee travels. Thanks for making my trip pleasant and safe. Everything was as expected except for the estimates that were provided in the itinerary , they weren't realistic and I would like to see them change according to the travel schedule of an individual passenger depending upon when they are arriving and leaving.

Very Good Job done by Robin. He arranged everything as per our requirements and convenience. The trip was amazing, all the hotels, the cab and its driver, the tour, the itinerary everything was very good. Though need some improvement on house boat stay. But except that everything else was highly satisfying. The name- Comfort destination indeed suits the agent. 4.5/5 stars.
