Direct link really needs to work on coordination and managing the iternary. Arshad was really bad at doing it.During the trip we were just in the roads travelling the complete day and then reaching hotel and sleeping.According to the distance from one destination to another the trip should have been scheduled. The management of scheduling the trip was pathetic Our driver was really nice though he wasn’t aware of the routes but still he was good.

It was my first experience with Travel triangle. We planned this trip for family through Direct Link, after recommendation by friend. My overall experience has been great, choice of hotels, cab, sightseeing. Special thanks for my tour coordinator : Ms. Nurshida. I remember making so many changes in my itinerary, both with respect to cities and sightseeing, before finalization and she kept her peace of mind and always had suggestion which ultimately turned out good. Also during the trip, she would promptly reply to my queries. The hotels initially suggested by her where changed without much of fuss. The car given to us for the entire trip was a big and comfortable car. Additional I would like to Thank Mr. Abdul (our chauffeur) during the trip for taking us through the country and guiding us. I was a nice experience we had in Sri Lanka and with Direct Link.

Trip : Overall the trip was superb. It was a pleasure and joyfull moment for us. Liked the hotels, staff, cab, driver cum tour guide, food, sight seeing services and other tailer made services as per our needs. Fully satisfied. It's like we were roaming in our home country with our own driver freely. Amazing experience. Country: Sri Lanka is simply Amazing. This island nation is filled with greenery, mountains, hilly region, nice roads, driving and walking crossing discipline, Government, religious worship places, mixed climate hot and cool, Helmet for 2 Wheeler driver and pillion rider, Sri Lankan Police, Traffic Police, and the people of the country which is too good and ever helping nature, down to earth, very few to find in the world. Best memories of my trip is - Got a chance to see Bhagwan Gautam Buddha's teeth at Tooth Relic Temple in Kandy.

We traveled to Srilanka in the first week of October 2019. The arrangements from Lanka Reisen were excellent and as per our discussions before the trip. The vehicle provided to us was very comfortable. And our friendly chauffer/guide, Mr.Saman, made the trip enjoyable. We had multiple hotel bookings, which were all quite nice (though we would have liked a bigger room in Colombo..). Couple of small issues: Getting the vouchers before the trip needed some follow-up. Everything was arranged for sure, just that there was delay in sending the vouchers causing unnecessary anxiety. And there was a hitch during checking out from one of the hotels, due to some issue with payment. It got sorted out soon, but could have been easily avoided. But all in all, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Lanka Reisen to others.

We had a wonderful time in srilanka. To start with the cab was good but the driver was not at all. after reaching Mirrisa he was not willing to take us to nearby site seeing places..we had to take a tuktuk for that.he didn't know the tourist places or spots.at Colombo also we took a tuktuk for local sight seeing. He was friendly at first but later he was some what rude to us About the stay...we had booked a budget tour. First stay was at lion resort ..polunaruwa...room was smelly ..like not open for many days..2nday our stay was at Kandy. At first the hotel manager said that...no room was booked under our name..later had to call up the agent to clear it out..hotel was good. Third day stay at mirrisa was horrible.basically it was a homestay..sooo smelly room ..felt that it was gud to sleep outside than inside.the host didn't know English and it was very difficult to communicate with her.it was a horrible stay.at galle and Colombo stay was good .

Cab was good enough but driver had problem understanding English. We had to repeat everything twice/thrice for him to understand. Driver not familiar with the places as well, so we wasted time searching for hotel and other areas. @Wewa Addara, food was good, nice hospitality, rooms were also good. Only issue was with the location and approach to the Hotel. Since driver doesnt know this place, we lost valuable time searching for the hotel. Google Maps doesnt show the right direction, so please do not use it. @Nelinsa, Kandy, awesome hospitality, nice makeshift rooms, good enough for one night-stay. Food was good, slight Indian touch. Would definitely recommend this place. @Sanctuary Hills, Newara Eliya, one place to avoid, looks deserted. Staff were not very welcoming, they looked and acted strange. Place was so cold and no heater in the room. No rug or heavy bedsheets as well. We traveled with elders and had to suffer. One place to remove from the list of recommended hotels. Other than these, the trip was fine. We were able to cover most of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary. It could have been better if the driver knew the place, so that we could have visited more places. It could have been better if the driver went to some Indian restaurants nearby rather than stopping by in any restaurant on the way.

Made a trip to Sri Lanka using the services of Travel Triangle. I may try their services again, if I am planning to travel to countries which I am not familiar enough to plan my own itinerary. Through Travel Triangle I received only two quotes, and I was able to negotiate a better price after using the quotes from various agencies. I did not use Travel Triangle services to book my air line tickets. I did receive SMS alerts from mobile phone providers through Travel Triangle but I got a much better deal when I approached mobile service provider -Dialog- directly. Daya Holidays Pvt. Ltd was my chosen travel planner in Sri Lanka. The itinerary was made after consulting me and understanding my travel preferences, and I appreciate M/s Daya Holidays for that. Considering that I prefer staying in cooler areas and enjoy train rides, the plan was changed for a two night stay in Nuwara Eliya. The driver and car was waiting for us even though we landed at the airport at around 0500Hrs. Mr. Dilan was our assigned driver & guide, and he did an excellent job. Helping us get a mobile connection, leading us to good hotels serving Sri Lankan food all the way and finally to ensure that we could make a comfortable journey in the Nanu Oya to Ella train; Mr. Dilan was a great help to us. He was always ready on time and kept up his pleasant demeanor all through out our trip. Daya Holiday's choice of hotels would be one area which would require improvement. Our itinerary involved two night stay at Nuwara Eliya and the hotel accommodation provided to us was not that great. The 'three star' (!?) hotel was more like a home stay or youth hostel, with limited facilities. The first room alloted to us was really big, but the bathroom emanated foul smell. On my insistence the hotel gave me another room, which was a small. The room did not even have a single cupboard or cloth hangers in place! No toiletries were provided and upon my insistence a runner was sent to the town to buy soaps. The saving grace was that the hotel provided very good views from its balcony. Accommodation at Kandy and Bentota was quite good. La Luna resort at Bentota would be the best accommodation we had in our trip, but unfortunately it was for just a night.
