We had a great trip!!! The driver was so helpful in making us understand the importance of spots and even guided us at some good places. The stay was pretty good had nice experience in all. Overall the trip was satisfying and awesome!

Travel agent was excellent, helped us in planning the best itinerary for our trip. Driver was skilled. However our travel rates for hotels were not reduced when changing the hotels to homestays due to non availability. Though the homestays were good their charges must have been definitely less. Clean stays

We had a great time, the car & driver were very good.. 3 stars for hotel & agent only because of the problem we faced in shillong hotel. They didnt have our reservation & we were made to wait for 2 hrs & then our room was down graded. Other than that our entire trip was good Elephant safari at kaziranga, caves in cherrapunji , dawki lake

We had a great trip. Agent was able to create the itinerary customized to suit our needs. Very helpful and prompt with her responses and gave us all the required details before we asked for. Cab driver was very accommodating and helpful. Safe driving in mountains and took us to the right restaurants at the right time. Cab could have been little more spacious. Resorts and Hotels were good and comfortable , but could have been even better. Overall it was a great trip, we enjoyed a lot and have recommended to many of our friends

Ms. Ruhi was co-ordinator from Imity, was accomdative as we needed few changes during the trip too. She could have bit more proactive in providng the advance notificaitions with respect to Drivers , Safari arrangemens. Rest all was good and we Enjoyed our trip

We are happy with the service from the travel agent. Absolutely there were positives and negatives from the whole trip planned by the agent. Let me first go through the positives: Pros: No major issues in the whole trip. Especially the drivers they allocate were too nice. They are the major highlight of this trip for us. Absolutely loved the way they cooperated right from starting to end of the trip. Traveller had a music player with Bluetooth and Sony speakers which made our travel very enjoyable. We just played our playlists and enjoyed the trip to the core. Drivers were never intervening in our choice of songs and they never played their playlists. Which gave us a very engaging and entertaining trip over all. Thanks again to the drivers for the service and cooperation. Sunny (Travel coordinator for us from Indeman Travel Solution) is a big big plus for us. The patience he had to answer all my queries was really appreciable. He is always reachable. You can call or text him and he is there to answer us anytime. The conversation with him gave us the confidence to go with Indeman Travel Solutions. He also provided contact for Kaziranga Safari rides. Which made the work easier for us. The quote they gave is very competitive. And the quality of hotels they provided for this quote is very nice. Service provided by the Manager in La Kupar, Cheerapunjiee is amazing. He is soooo professional. I felt he should be part of some 5 star hotel hospitality department. Such professional and care for the customers. He guided us all throughout the 2 days on what we need to do and what is good for us. To the point person. Cons: The driver wasn't able to understand even basic english. Thankfully we had a couple of people who could communicate in Hindi. So it was manageable. Else this would have been difficult for us in the whole trip. Traveller vehicle is very old. Not in good condition. No breakdown kind of issues. But it's not in good shape. Didn't feel like we were going in a comfortable vehicle. Out of 4 hotels 2 hotels didn't allocate the rooms in the hotels where we booked the rooms. Yes, they made the alternate arrangements without creating any issues. But why is there a last minute change in plan when the travel agent has already shared the hotel confirmation vouchers months before. Except for Dhansree resort no other hotels called us and confirmed on our arrival time. If they would have enquired it would have been more customer friendly. Even if we reached by 8PM they didn't care. Food: 1. Food in Dhansree resort is just awesome. 2. Le Kupar Inn - Breakfast is good. But below average dinner. 3. La Castle - Typical OYO room. Average breakfast. No variety. Just Puri sabji alone. 4. Streamside Guest House - Worst. They just gave us a piece of sandwich. Not sure how this is considered as breakfast. Most memorable trip in our lifetime. North East is a must to explore places for everyone. Try exploring this place in your young age itself. we will be mesmerised by its picturesque beauty. I have never seen such a beautiful place in India till now. Go Travel with no hesitation. Visit just post rains so that you can see water in falls. I just completed my North East trip which was booked with TravelTriangle. This trip turned out to be a great trip for us. Our trip to North East India : Meghalaya was organized by Nikhita Chauhan of Reify. Really appreciate Nikhita's skills to arrange and follow up with all the stake holder during our trip including the accommodation as well as the driver. Our Driver Jitu was very cordial and on time all the 5 days. He was Kind enough to accompany us to tough spots which we would have found it hard to go. He gave us that extra comfort level. I certainly refer my friends to Reify and Travel Triangle. Over all it was an excellent experience

Overall trip was good and driver was also good and has proper knowledge of places wherever we went. Mocham hotel in Shillong did not have proper staff or services. Rest everything were good

Very well planned trip by travel agent. The cab driver is very polite and supportive. We really enjoyed the trip. The Rituraj Hotel at Guwahathi was very bad, unhygienic, smells very bad. Please avoid booking this hotel in future.

The trip was very good on the whole. Everyone went out of their way to provide us with good food and service. The rooms were spacious and cozy in Woodland and 100 waterfall camp. Though Shaiti homestay was very small room, we really enjoyed their terrace, balcony view, hospitality and hosting. With respect to hospitality we did not like the hotel and service in Kalyaniz in Guwahati, especially the restaurant. Other than that it was all good. Driver Saheb was also very helpful and cooperative. Thanks for the whole trip, we had a good time. Big thank you to Aastha for constantly being in touch to ensure everything is going on well and for making this trip memorable for us. We did the double decker, blue lagoon and rainbow falls trek. It was in total 9 hrs, though it was exhausting we really enjoyed the experience and the views. In this dry weather it is highly recommended.
