We can't thank AD Tours and Travels enough for making our recent family trip to Bhutan absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, our coordinator Meg, meticulously handled every detail, ensuring our hotel bookings and itinerary were perfect. Our driver (Tshering) and tour guide (Yeshi Wangchuk) were the stars of the show - friendly, cheerful, and always going the extra mile to create lasting memories. They accommodated all our requests, including changes to the itinerary, and were incredibly supportive during the challenging hike to Tiger's Nest. Our guide's encouragement and assistance were truly invaluable. They even ensured our vegetarian preferences were met at all the hotels throughout our stay. AD Tours and Travels truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to recommend them to everyone we know.

This was good trip ...thanks to Yash Raghuvanshi of unexplored trip ..who arranged it pretty well .. There are many ... Specifically Nathula pass lf India China border ...the beautiful changu lake and ( ropeway) and Sunrise and Tiger hill was just mesmerizing...

When we decided to visit Turkiye during end of March, it was well known that it is off-season and the best time to visit was during spring ie. April-May. But, other constraints have compelled us to plan the trip from 24-March 2024 to 03-April 2024. No regrets as Turkiye is always beautiful and well explorable. The initial discussions were over with Mr Abhishek Gupta from Offbeat Trippers and finally we have decided to go with their offer for the 11 day tour covering Istanbul, Kappadocia, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Antalya and back to Istanbul. We kept one day on reserve in Antalya for exploring the beautiful beaches and one day for Istanbul in the end to complete shopping. The tour plan covered all major attractions with internal flights and all airport transfers and hotel accommodations. Daily tours were planned meticulously with perfect time schedules. Daily tours were well executed, mostly in small and comfortable groups, and some of the tour guides were par above excellence. All the parameters were fulfilled in a perfect way without giving a chance for any complaints. Accommodation we chose was all 3-star as we will be in the hotel just for the sleep in the late night and moving out in the early mornings. Those who are very particular about the room size and location may opt 4-star or 5 star accommodations. Turkiye is a place which should be in the bucket list of every travel enthusiast as it gives an awesome and different experience. People are mostly very good and supportive and any other response may be just because of the frustrations as the country is passing through severe inflation. It was all perfectly planned and executed, we could cover the entire stretch as planned without much difficulties. Appreciate Mr Abhishek Gupta for his interactions and availability almost round the clock for any clarifications. If I start writing about the detail itinerary and everyday experiences, pages will not be sufficient here. I just want to say that Turkiye is fantastic and fabulous welcoming you and never skip if you get a chance to visit Turkiye. Whoa, not sure where to start. My trip to Vietnam, which was arranged by ASIA AUTHENTIC TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED, was beyond fantastic. They went above and beyond from the beginning to the end to make sure that every part of the trip was meticulously planned and carried out. Above everything else, the tour operator's guides were excellent. Every conversation they had was infused with their expertise and love for their nation. She understood all of our demands and even allowed us to spend an additional two hours in Hoi An. however, The guide in Ninh binh was in a hurry to finish the tour given that we had a lot to see and it was mesmerising place. The people in Vietnam are soo helpful, Humble and warm. The places we went to were really astounding. Every location, from the busy streets of Hanoi to the tranquil serenity of Ha Long Bay, had something special to offer. The travel agency designed a schedule that let us experience every aspect of Vietnamese culture, from tasting delectable street food to touring historic sites. Every day was an exciting journey full of remarkable experiences and stunning vistas. Not to be forgotten, Rossie, you were incredibly helpful with the entire reservation process, especially with securing the last-minute accommodation for us in Hanoi. In addition, Shubham and Eric kept in touch with me the entire trip, even though it was Chinese New Year and you two were on leave. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this travel agency. Everything from airport pick up ,sight seeing arrangement, the local guides,drivers, hotels were upto mark. Sea walk in coral Island, tiger park,safari world were the best experience.

Emaar Tours Booking Mishap Dampens Travel Experience I recently used Emaar Tours to book a group trip. While the overall experience was positive, a significant issue with our hotel reservation in Srinagar significantly impacted the enjoyment of our trip. Communication Breakdown: As a safety precaution, I confirmed our hotel bookings directly with each hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel in Srinagar denied having the number of rooms we were promised by Emaar Tours. Multiple Assurances, Unfulfilled Promise: Despite contacting Emaar Tours and receiving multiple assurances that they were rectifying the communication gap with the hotel, the situation remained unresolved until our arrival in Srinagar. Thankfully, after significant back-and-forth, the hotel finally provided the additional room we needed. Apology and Unsatisfactory Resolution: Emaar Tours apologized for the inconvenience but insisted the extra room would be at no additional cost. However, as the room was already included in our package, this did not adequately address the issue. Customer Shouldn't Bear Communication Burden: It is unacceptable that customers must resolve communication breakdowns between a travel agent's sales and booking teams. This lapse significantly impacted our group's experience and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Unhelpful Escalation: Furthermore, escalating the issue to Travel Triangle, the platform used to book with Emaar Tours, yielded no assistance. My emails went unanswered, and no attempt was made to understand the situation. Overall: While other aspects of the trip were enjoyable, this experience highlights the importance of caution when considering Emaar Tours for future travel. Travelers should be aware of the potential for communication gaps and lack of support in resolving such issues.

I visited Bhutan with my family. The tour was customized to my needs and an awesome experience! We enjoyed our stay in one of the world's happiest and most beautiful countries. As a tour operator, Manish did a great job and made this trip memorable. Our driver Guruji and guide Tendin (Tiger) were the gems of the people. Tiger explained Bhutan's places, history, and culture and truly made this tour spiritual for us. I recommend them for a great Bhutan trip at highly affordable rates.

From Day 1 , there were lot of confusions from the travel agent ... we had to wait 1 hr in airport for cab ... Again our first spot Tiger park tickets were not given in advance ... We had to ask them multiple times ... In itinerary they will say that they provide English speaking drivers but none of the drivers spoke English.. we were finding very difficult to communicate with drivers .... Indian travel agents changed our hotel and did not tell the local agents and they everytime informed driver about the pickup and drop to other hotel. And last day of trip we planned for shopping but they screwed up ... In itinerary they mentioned that we will be dropped to Airport at 5pm as the flight being at 9pm but driver was dropped us at airport at 12pm ... We were fighting with travel agents ... Driver cannot understand us ... Then again from airport in the same cab they dropped us in hotel. We lost almost 2 hrs on this.. later for 5pm drop they provided the cab at 6pm only .. and it was heavy traffic we reached airport at 7 20 pm .. which is just 30 kms from our hotel .. and we were in panic and rush .. they did provide a peaceful last day of trip to us . Very lethargic people. DONT EVER BOOK WITH BREAKBAG.

Total trip was fantastic, enjoyed a lot during the trip. Guide was very much helpful. Hotel in Phuentsholing (Hotel Park) was not up to the mark on the last day. Tiger nest trekking and hot stone bath

Hotels were ok, they provided us a room for couple with a common gate between room at Jim Corbett,can you imagine the situation? Over all rooms were good but check in timings could be according to our arrival still travel company managed to make over stay early in other room, so thanks for them, Driver was rude most of the time like we were like a lugage for him, also he had some communal and political talks which we want to avoid in vacation.... But over all satisfied, not a bad experience Spotting tiger in Jim Corbett was unforgettable
