Dear Rakesh, It was overall good package & trip went well I was trying to post review but somehow I could not find to post my review in option Ajay was very helpful including roshan,dipen & all the drivers which was arranged were all good only the driver who came to receive us due to train late he denied us to take gangtok & he from his end asked us to go by alto even though we have informed him about the delay 4 times by call , since he was waiting from 9A.M was not willing to go gangok & in middle of town we were clueless what to do though we spoke to dipen & roshan they managed another car for us & I must tell you the driver was really good. Hotel in gangtok was really good with clean rooms & good staff but darjelling hotel yuma was pathetic rooms were small & dirty,due to less crowed they forced us to take dinner before 9P.m. one day we were late & came by 9P.M the manger pratush i guess his name instead of serving us food started arguing that why we ae late & why we had not informed us about late coming ,they tried calling us to room which they colud call us on our no which we have mentioned at the time of check in though they kept food for us which was served after long fight but drivers were good & we enjoyed our holiday. I have small suggestion if incase low time any guest visit to such hotel under you kindly mention in itenary about timeings of dinner & break fast even in high time & also about were it will served like in resturant or room which will be kind of written form of communication between hotel & customer. Cheers!!!

hotels at darjeeling were very small and food was not of good quality. gangtok arrangements were good. quotes should be even lesser. Gangtok was a good place, felt heavenly. Away from life amidst mountains, serene and beautiful.

Sikkim is one of the best place i had been... irrespective of monsoons traveltriangle team had managed our trip quite well...cab service is really good. Gurudogmar lake, zero point were the best and lachen seems to to give an effect of avatar movie to my mind :-)

Gangtok Hotel was excellent. cab Service was very good. Pelling hotel was also nice. Somehow I did not like the hotel At Darjelling, service and cab service. Ganktok to Darjelling Cab service was very poor. Nathula pass visit. Driver of cab at Gangtok was very nice.

best arrangements was done by the agent of travelx365 Mr Ajay. hotels and cabs was excellent. but the local travell agency of the place plays the game by befooling the tourist in visiting the points.

booking with Travel Triangle was convenient however Travelx365 selection of rooms in 3 star property was not good. Please be careful with what kind of rooms you are offered. it matters more than the property where you are stay. its better to have good rooms in a 2 star hotel than to have worse rooms at 3 star hotel. Not happy with travelx365. happy with hospitality from Summit resort and spa, Kalimpong and Summit tatsang, gangtok. Central heritage hotel and spa, darjeeling was not up to the mark.

In Gangtok was very nice Driver was very responsible Aritar stay and food was at a home not in hotels, Nathan was also very bad food and very small room was provided i think it should cost not more than 500.00 In Darjeeling Driver's behavior was not good and we have not taken him for local sightseeing because of his misbehave with us and hole day we could not go anywhere for outing. Summit Hotels were very nice atall. Please send me final bill for 66.500/- which i have paid you or refund of Lachung & Lachen

Planned for a 5N/6D trip to Darjeeling-Pelling-Gangtok from NJP. First of all, I thank Mr. Ajay of Travelx for organising and co-ordinating the entire trip. He was always responsive with positive suggestions. Hotels at Darjeeling and Gangtok with facilities were excellent. The choice of Nettle and Fern at Gangtok was great. Pelling was not so pleasant and not advisable for future travellers. Choose Travelx if you r visiting north east
