well the ease of booking was swift fluid and i got good quotes ,my agent was quite good impressive and helpful too.the hotels they provided were nice except one at lachen where room heaters werent available though we were aware of having basic facilities .everything was good including the travelx365 ,my agent ajay,my local agent dipen tamang and also my darjelling agent subhash tamang .i would like to mention specially one of my drivers dhiraj gurung in good referance,he was a nice driver ,a good human being and knowledgeable of local sight seeing and culture ,he was most comfortable to ride with . on the other hand the driver provided to us on the way back to darjelling ,mr.bhaskar ,he was an irritating guy,he wanted to decide even where we eat even when reaching darjelling we faced a traffic jam about 2 kms away from our hotel and this man tried to force us to get down from the vehicle and walk till our hotel with all our luggage which was about 2 kms uphill .this was when my patience broke and i told him in harsh words to complain about him to mr.dipen tamang.may be this got him threatened a bit and in couple of minutes the traffic cleared so he took us to the hotel .this was the only man in whole travel whom i didnt like in fact disliked ...otherwise the experience with travelx 365 ,my local agent mr.dipen ,drivers nima,dhiraj,suraj,bishwaraj was great... thanks travel triangle and thanks travel x365 regards abhishek !!! try north sikkim ...its enthralling fabulous !!
