I really praise one person, Mr Ajay for constant followups and he always stays connected with the tourists and we can approach at any time...and more reliable that the local executives...very good coordinator and good person!!! We are not happy with the local executives who would leave everything to the drivers, who treats us like "we are under their mercy as tourists. The drivers at Gangtok were very arrogant, will take us for sightseeing at their whims and fancies, very rash drivers (specially from Cherry village home stay to Darjeeling was scary..) they give preferences to their personal needs and wouldn't stop when we request stops (nature calls, food, etc.) and they dont even seem to hear us when they dont want to...this is a crucial issue, needs to be addressed urgently.. It was a great place to visit indeed!!!

The Trip was for 6n/7d to Gangtok-Kalimpong-Pelling-Darjeeling. The trip was well organised but the only thing which should have been better is traveling from one city to other. Gangtok to Kalimpong was longer than Pelling. Also Kalimpong was in West Bengal. The traveling was from Sikkim to West bengal then again Sikkim and then back to West Bengal. The hotels provided was good. Only in Kalimpong the hotel was not good. Bad odour water throughout. The trip went well until Darjeeling where the driver showed spots in a hurry and most of the spots as running spots where there was a sightseeing. Overall it was good experience. Hi, I am very happy with the service which you guys have been provided. The arrangement of candle light dinner was awesome. I was quite worried about hotels, as many time we do booking with the photos which they shows on internet, but I am very thankful to you guys for suggesting such nice hotels. Specially Summit Namnang (Gangtok).
