I have booked the 5D-4N (2D in Munnar, 1D in Thekkady and 1D in Alleppey) tour for me and my mother. We were picked up at the airport on time by our driver, Abin for the next five days. All the hotels were good, clean and comfortable. Abin had a good knowledge about the place and guide us throughout the tour. It was wonderful 2 days in Munnar exploring waterfalls, Eravikulam National Park, Spice Garden, Adventure park, and Tea Museum without much difficulty. Landscapes in Munnar were a treat for a eye. We also had taken a relaxing Ayurvedic treatment, which is a specialty of Kerala. Next day we started from Munnar towards Thekkady, another nice hill station having beautiful landscapes on a route from Munnar to Thekkady. On a way to Thekkady, we did Elephant ride with a Jeep safari for a Tamil Nadu-Kerala border view point. Then after reaching Thekkady we had a Boating ride in serene Periyar river in Periyar Tiger reserve. Later in the evening we got a chance to know the rich culture of Kerala by watching Kathakali and oldest martial art Kalaripayattu. Next day we had an amazing experience of Houseboat in the famous backwaters of Kerala. The Lunch, dinner and breakfast served were super delicious and was according to Kerala cuisine. Last day we explored Church, Beach and local market in Cochin. Then our driver Abin brought us back to the airport. We depart from Kerala taking beautiful memories with us. The service provided by Rocking trips throughout the tour was awesome and flawless. Thanks for the help provided

Hotel and houseboat was nice. Cab driver dint complete the full trip and left around 12 only while he was supposed to drop us in railway station in the evng. This was the worst part of the trip.

Hi..I visited Kerala with my wife and daughter from 27-09-17 to 01-10-17 for 4 nights..My travel planner was Rocking trips... Starting from day 1 it was kovallam KTDC hotel. The hotel sight was great and view from the hotel was amazing.. But the hotel rooms are not very good.. The smell of moist was there ...Little bit congested rooms..Staff was very helping and courteous..Then 2nd day at poovar island resort..The resort is tooo good ... Everything was perfect.. Then in trivandrum hotel keys was booked.. It seems to be professional / business man type hotel.. No greenery or activities available in hotel..When you are planning a hotel bookings for family trip these things should be considered by tour planner..Then house boat...Here the expectations were completely lost. The house boat mentioned in vouchers was RT house boat but in actual it was of Dreammakers George and Peter house boat..It was ten years old and cleaning in boat was out class .. mosquito,ants,dust etc was in abundance...and wooden furniture was very old... Overall house boat was not as per expectation.. Only good thing was the captain and cook ..both were very nice and gentle persons..But for boat only 1/5 marks..ac remote display was broken, voltage dip problem..etc.. On to chauffeur, he was nice and good driver but as mentioned in tour planner details that driver will be knowing Hindi and English both..he did not understand Hindi.. Also the planner plan to boat atthirapally waterfall on the way from allepy to Cochin airport which was poor planing as it could not be planned on the interval of check out and flight check in duration.. So disheartened with that also.. Poovar island resort and boating in lake at poovar..

It was an amazing trip.Hotels were arranged by rocking trip as per our choice.At all destinations we were well attended by hotel staff.Faced problem of providing extra bed at Kochi but the same was rectified by Mr Anil from travel agent.Special Thanks to Ms Shweta ji n Anil ji from Rocking trip.We all enjoyed a lot.. One night stay in houseboat at Alleppey was fantastic.. Everyone amongst us we overjoyed to see mesmerizing Beauty of backwaters at Alleppey..

We went to Kerala in the month of January and it was a fantastic experience with Rocking trips and travel triangle. From hotels to cab, food to food on the houseboat, everything was up to the mark. We were 4 of us and they provided a sedan for us to travel, so the journey was quite relax. Also a special mention to the food we were served at Lake and Hills resort, it was amazing we did not expect much but then the food there was just awsome. They cooked north indian food as well and that too delicious! So big thanks to Lake and hills. Just one suggestion, the houseboat we got was a little old and less maintained but the people onboard were extremely helpful and reliable. So, if you guys can help improve the quality of the houseboats that would be an icing on the cake! We really had a great time because of you. Thank you! Keep rocking!! Elephant ride, spice garden, off-roading jeep ride and a night at the housboat!

Trip started from Cochin. - Driver (ashkar) who is guide us through out the journey in prompt manner & the cab provided to us was really good. He did his job fine & good at all spot and routes. He could have smiled at us atleast , it made us more comfortness among us. Overall he is very good. Munnar (2nights) -Hotel (Forest heaven) at Munnar(for 2night) was not good. We found snails in our room & bed clothes are dirty.So We complained twice about the snails & asked them to change the room too. Room also seemed to be old & not satisfied at all. Breakfast given by them was decent. -At Thekkady(1 night), hotel was good (periyar midows) & breakfast and service provided them are really appreciated. - House boat (1 night) should have been better.The staffs in house boat were really nice. But Food is average at the house boat.Agent mentioned we will get Honeymoon kind of arrangement in House Boat. But nothing was there. Our agent agreed like two sharing boat but we got 5 room sharing boat.i didnt ask them on the same coz i dont want to get spoil my mood for this. - Agents call & speak frequently before paying the payment. During our trip none is calling or asking about our comfortness or any. we people keep on calling them for any query. They should correct this kind of manner. Overall its well planned by this agent, faced few some ups and downs. Overall i advise agent to correct the above mentioned points. All the best for their future service. i recommend rt but ensure with them your requirment clearly. Thanks senthil
