The Kerala trip was good. The hotels selected is exactly as per the Trip Advisor reviews. Munnar queen hotel was ok (the hotel has a good view and nice location) but the Paradise Resort at Kumarakom was good. The boat house at Allepy was standard. The cab driver was good and responsive. The cab was clean and comfortable during the journey. The agency was also good in terms of responsiveness and support. Overall it was a good experience.

House Boat which u hv allotted for us is not at all up to the mark. Service and meals very bad. No TV connection. Overall trip was excellent except House Boat. I hv also complained to the CEO of that House Boat. Excellent Trip.

The Arrangements made by Travel triangle & Rocking trips were good for Wayanad & Allepey. i had issue with my stay at Hotel Aishwarya, Cochin. (1)The Hotel team were not sure of my MAP meal plan and they had to reconfirm with Rocking trips even though I showed my booking voucher. (2) I had already shared my daughter's DOB in my travelers details to Rocking trip, but i dont know why Hotel Aishwarya had discused with Rocking trip about my daughter's age query and as if I lied, they had asked Rocking trips to pay more money to accommodate her. (3) The communication between Rocking trips & Hotel Aishwarya seems to be very poor (4) Hotel Aishwarya, Cochin had poor room service and the worst part was their restaurant and staff behavior, pl do not refer this hotel to other customers. Overall good trip .

At Munnar 1. Hotel stay for first two nights was good. 2. Services at Elysium garden resorts, Munnar were very good. Enjoyed the stay. At Thekkady, 1. Stay was satisfactory 2. Coffee Routes hotel services were just average however the ambience was wonderful. The drivers Mr. Satyan was quite kind and helpful and suggested many good places to visit. The package was little expensive. Apart from that enjoyed the overall trip. The dreamland adventure camp and Tea gardens at Munnar were the most fascinating and memorable experience
