Blue Haze hotel was not at all upto the mark. Periyar Meridian was the best in terms of everything. Had the best time in Thekkady with the elephants plus the hotel was really good. Munnar the weather was awesome.

First of all cab driver superb...house boat should have been better...thekkady not sure what it is all about...munnar nice...break fast provided in munnar was pathetic...finally the price we paid is more than what we are getting.... Iternary it self is not good...

pine tree Hotel in Munnar was very good..cab driver was not cooperative, he is taking to locations only if we ask him..good boat should have been given..travel agent is good but some confusion in booking of boat created little nuisance..boat should have been better..thanks to agent and travel triangle for making good trip..

Hotel is good, hospitality is bad. Only one person on reception and one person for cafe.

FIRST THE GOOD POINTS: Regarding the houseboat, the staff was excellent, especially for new couples, no need to worry, if you have any kind of discomfort you can let the houseboat staff know, they will take care of it, very nice people, SATYA (my houseboat staff) was really very helpful when the houseboat was parked along with another one with bachelors and my wife was not feeling comfortable. Later, even the houseboat owner met me and assured all the comfort and safety, I really liked their service. The food was good according to our choice, candle light dinner, cake, room decorations were all nice. Except the evening breakfast, the oil was not good, but that gets ignored by the kind of co-operation, the staff showed. "New couples you can go for it" !! :) THE BAD AND UNACCEPTABLE PART: Whichever points were given in the itinerary by the agent ANKIT from ROCKING TRIP, some of them was not covered by the cab driver despite we telling him. The points given were on another road and the driver was taking his own shortcuts without informing us, especially, we missed the Bird sanctuary which was said to be on the way to Alleppy from Thekkady (we really wanted to visit that Bird Sanctuary), especially, when most of the spots we could not enjoy due to rains (no complaints for that though) as the driver said it is not possible to go that way. We told him that we are fine with delaying houseboat checking, still he refused and said the agent cheated on us, it is not possible to go that way as it will take time. I did not call the agent Ankit as I was not willing to spoil my mood during the trip. The agent said the driver will be able to speak Hindi as I had requested in my quote, however, he could hardly communicate in Hindi. Even though the trip was planned well by the agent, as quoted in the itnerary, the hotels provided were excellent, location was good too, BUT, should I say miscommunication/misco-ordination between the cab driver SHIBU and the agent ANKIT, all those good points got kicked aside, gradually, as we reached the end of our trip. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT EXPECTED AND ACCEPTED!!! :(

Driver was very friendly and co-operative. He showed us all the important destinations. The rooms at Pine tree were a little cramped and service could have been better. Other accommodations were good. Overall a memorable and satisfied trip!

Overall our trip to Kerela was very nice and memorable. Kerela is a very beautiful place and it was a lifetime experience. Our driver (Suresh) was very good, always on time, co operative and guided us really well and took us to good and beautiful places to visit. Rest everything during the trip was fine but when I was planning my trip I told the agent that the houseboat stay is the main thing we are looking for, the houseboat provided to us was very small and on the day when we have to check in the houseboat before that we don't know the address neither our driver and the travel agent was not picking up the phone which is very unprofessional and the worst thing about the trip, we had to wait at the diversion place for quite a long time to know the address and after asking for the alleppey houseboat they provided us Kumarkoam houseboat instead of Alleppey even in the Iteneray alleppey was written It would be great if you give the address in the beginning only when you provide vouchers for hotels Apart from this the services were good and we will look forward to travel with you again Thank you The whole trip was memorable Kanyakumari is a beautiful place and the day spent there was amazing and having a view of the three oceans meeting together was awesome Staying in houseboat was a lifetime experience Cruise in the karaikkattu backwaters in Poovar was wonderful and beautiful Tea gardens in Munnar, kovalam beach,watching Kathakali and kalaripayattu shows, elephant safari in thekkady was very nice Overall the trip was wonderful and memorable and we will surely want to visit again and also suggest our friends to visit Kerela
