We just booked a cab and it was great as everything very well.

Due to corona spread all was locked down. We were forced by US govt to cancel further travel in the city. Request sent for refunding our money back. But not heard on it so far. Corona is the only memory

It was a well planned and closely monitored trip by Mr. Raunak. We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Newzealand and experienced the countryside & nature's wilderness. Raunak was single handedly instrumental in finalising the itenary with the group and making all the arrangements as per our requirements within the budget. Awesome trip

It was overall a good experience. However, I would like to convey that Pickyourtrail has been really exceptional in ticketing, but in the planning of the overall trip it was poor. Follow-ups with the bookings and transfers that are required in any foreign trip was neglected, which I would consider as a big blunder from their end. I had faced issues like our vouchers being considered as incorrect in few of the places and in some, the agents to whom we were connected on the trip were not even aware of the booking. Their support team has a lot of people for sure but there is a lack of proper response from them. Our itinerary changes were not updated in the app which again created confusion for their support team who were not even aware of the changes. At the end of the day, there is only one person who gives the right directions and the rest of them just create confusion. I would give another shot in travelling with them only if they decide to go up a notch with travel planning rather than just giving us the tickets/vouchers. Just putting in my honest feedback, Thanks!

Schedule was hectic from morning 9am to evening 7-8pm. Didn't get much option for vegiterians. Singapore city is attractions are awesome.

Travel Triangle did the most right thing like last year by refering to the right tour company Pick Your Trail for this customized tour for me and my wife. The trip to NewZealand for 14 days was awesome. It was a customized tour but well planned by Megha as per my requirement and well executed by Sunil. Both of them were from Pick Your Trail. Mr Sharan Khanna and his team from Pacific Pearl, Auckland was just superb in supporting every itenerary of the tour, be it hotel, activities or transfer. I thank all of them. The Visa team comprising of Chandu, Jaideep, Arko was very professional. Overall Mr Raj was a very well balanced executive and has got excellent manners.

The Package was well understood and compiled as per my requirements. Quick response from the team. Feedback on my Bookings : 1) Rental Car : I was not informed on the Insurance for the car being provided. Nor was it mentioned on the voucher, hence I had to pay $94 dollars for the Insurance.I later came to know that i was provided with a basic Insurance. But obviously I had already paid for Insurance. Secondly the car was hired for 4 days but i actually used it for only one day i.e. while going from Queenstown to Christchurch. Day 1 hotel was within the city and all Activities were within 500m hence it wasn't used. Day 2 Milford hence not used. Day 3 Queenstown to Christchurch used it. Day 4 Hardly used it, only for City Centre. Hence I could have done with only 2 days instead of 4. This information as a planner you should have known. 3rdly I was offered a Petrol car , petrol is a dollar costlier and the average is also less. This being a road trip the car should be offers accordingly. 2) Hotel The Hotel in Queenstown was very good. The Hotel In Christchurch was a Motel and 7 KMs away from the City Centre. Which I found was not upto the standard as compared to the Queenstown hotel. Overall I found the Trip prepared was not cost sensitive. I could have saved alot in comparison to what I have paid. We had an awesome trip and everything was taken care of. Only issue we faced was we were asked to download pick your trail app and use it. In the app our pick up time mentioned was 5.30 am whereas the driver said it was 5 am and charged us 35 dollars extra. We still have not received the resolution from pick your trail. Otherwise everything went well as per the itenary.

For the first timer like us to plan a trip abroad appeared a great deal. But with this professional team around, it all went like in a jiffy..
