Smiling Trips has made end to end booking of flight tickets, hotel booking , tickets for attractions. Visa for Singapore and Malaysia and interacting with counterpart ( RedApple) at Singapore and Malaysia. Smiling Trips representative was responsive and took bottom line of completing the each and entire activity. Especially when our flight was delayed by 3 hours at Chennai , she co-ordinated with Singapore team ( RedApple) and ensured we got Airport transfer there and arranged the local tour. RedApple Singapore was very accommodative. On the area of improvement , I would suggest RedApple can be more proactive. For example , If any changes in the schedule or driver or late arrival due to traffic/weather, there is no information/update though I had local number . Only after we called up, we would come to know the change.

My sincere thanks to Ankit from smiling trip to make this trip as the most memorable trip for my family. I am a mother of a 13 year old boy and need everything perfect when I travel. any trouble to my kid makes me angry and unhappy. Before booking the trip Ankit had promised that he will be available 24x7 for my queries and he kept his word. he helped me in every way possible whenever we stuck. my hotels, my travel, my day plans were as perfect as I expected. I did face some issues with local agent due to their attitude but Ankit took care of that from India and I got good service everywhere I go. I never thought that I will love every bit of my Malaysia trip. Thanks to my travel agent and planner. The memories which I will cherish are cruise dinner in langawi experiencing the beautiful sunset. The Vivacious Genting and the ever happening night life of KL. Delicious Street food, street performances, Happening pubs and Hilton hotel rooftop lounge with the view of twin tower and KL tower in one frame.

the trip was good and planned well. But 2 things i would like to highlight and did not like was 1- because of Jet airways ticket cancellation, i had to pay the penalty for alternative ticket -> Travel tringle should have the contingency plan for such things and traveler should not be penalized. 2- the hotel was given said to be 3 star but i feel it is kind of 1 start. very bad hotel. and no where comparable with a 3 star hotel.

Everything was planned... Things which agency and agents has promised was like the same throughout the tenure...No false promises.. Relaxed and hassle free services. One-thing that I realise could be, if agent could have briefed me about Shenzhen, though I din't ask for it but as they usually plan out trips, and Shenzhen is best routed with HongKong Macau, i could have experienced a new place... Booked Singapore package from Smilte Trips and i will clearly mention the pros and cons for everyone:: CONS:: 1)Unprofessional behaviour as they dont know what documents need to collect for VISA and one by one they ask documents which delayed my visa application and gave me unnecessary headache. As a customer,i bought package to get relieve from all hassle but i was trapped by this travel agent in more hussle. 2)Smile trips guys are very adamant and non-cooperative in terms of anything, once you pay some amount they you have to follow for everything especially URVASHI. 3)One week before the trip they was fight with Anjali and Urvashi bevause they have not applied my visa and they said make the full payment only then we will apply otherwise your package will be cancelled. I told them you proceed with the visa application and i will make the rest of the payment but these rude people denied and even travel triangle guys didnt support in this matter. 4)Hotel booked was havoc for me as it was sooo small that i was surprise to see such small room for which i have paid so well. I would suggest make all things clear with such travel agents before booking package otherwise you will have lot of headache later. PROS:: 1)In Singapore, travel agent was good and on time for all sight seeing.

Travel triangle is a great platform for travelers. However, the experience in Singapore was very bad. I had to wait for more than 1 hour for my pick up and drop off. In Malaysia and Langkawi everything was perfect.
