Trip was good, very nicely organized. Started from Gangtok, local sight seeing on the first day. According to itinerary we had to visit Nathula pass and Changu lake, we did not get the permit to visit as there was heavy snowfall, we visited alternate places organized by out trip advisor and covered the remaining places listed on the third day. Cab driver was polite and also suggested us the alternatives, due to cancellation of 2nd day trip. Hotel in Gangtok had a very nice location(a bit far from the city) and view from the hotel room was great. After our 3 day trip in Gangtok, we moved to Darjeeling this place was way too cold compared to Gangtok. Once we reached Darjeeling late in the morning, we did not have anything scheduled on that day, so we decided to go to Tibetan museum (Himalayan Tibetan museum) which was right next to our hotel. Fortunately we had chance of listening to local music classes which was located right above the museum. Spent the rest of the day at mall road. On the next day we visited all the places according to the itinerary. Location of the hotel in Darjeeling was not satisfactory. Driver in Darjeeling could have been more communicative, his responses and behavior could have been better. Our Trip advisor Lawrence was available whenever needed:)
