Kruti's 7 days trip to Andaman

We have traveled through Jubilant Travel from Bangalore to Andamans. Ms Anita has helped us to book our hotels and she has arranged cab too and provided service on time. Cruise tickets were also booked by her only. She was in touch with her during our trip to check that we are not facing any issues. Also she helped us to get refund from the hotel paid by us extra. Personally, she is very helpful and kind. Also understands the requirements of the client. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable. We loved the surprise of photoshoot. God bless you

Sunil's 6 days trip to Thailand

The travel agent required more clarity… The travel agent had called to check preference of the flight between lion air or thai air and I specifically had mentioned not to book lion air but the same was booked..the journey was really bad…the leg space was terrible..we had to travel from Bangalore to Bangkok and again to Phuket…all the floghts to and fro were budget airline which was not my ask Also i had clearly requested 4 to five star hotel however in Krabi the hotel provided was Aonang silver orchid hotel which was really dingy and bad..it was like a lodge much smaller and worst than an oyo room in India :( ..the services were very bad…we were 2 adults and a 11 year old child and i asked for a pillow and the hotel denied providing it…they were petty Rest of it was good however the flights and the hotel at Krabi were terribly dissatisfying The sightseeing places were beautiful The local transportation were nice

Ramachandran's 7 days trip to Vietnam

1 Flights: Flight booking was OK. Inclusive of Meal flights, option of customer for veg or non-veg to be verified and customer advised. 2 Stay: 3 places of stay at Hanoi/HochiMinh city/Siem Reap was good. 3 Pick up for tours and flights on arrival as well for Departure - Coordinators at places of tours should keep the traveller informed of next day morning pick up details for flights previous day. Tour vans for all tours in Hanoi/HochiMinh/SiemReap picked up without any trouble. 4 Vietnam picking up from/to airports was made as if secrecy has to be maintained with persons picking up not showing their Identity, which is not correct. Are we being kidnapped for secrecy to be maintined. Cambodian coordinator was far better in this aspect. 5 Siem Reap shuttle at cambodia tours were well prepared for their job as well as did not face much problem in the tours of vietnam. 6 VISA: Total mess in the case of Vietnam. Higher level Trip Pro people as well as HTT have taken this aspect very casually, putting the customer to lot of mental agony and frustration. In spite of no.6 above, I sincerely thank Ms.Tanya Malhotra for her sincere effort to help me at every stage for the tour to be completed without hitch in Vietnam and Cambodia. Finally, HTT cannot be a spectator once when the trip organiser is identified and fix dates for activities of getting visa and other matters to be organised before starting of the trip. Brhebbar's 6 days trip to Gujarat

Overall nice trip. It is 5n 6d custom trip. Started from Ahmedabad after arriving by a train from Bangalore and ended at Dwarka. Left Dwaraka to Bangalore through Jamnagar flight. It is well coordinated. Stayed in good hotels and cab service was excellent. Day 1 - Statue of unity. Day 2 - Ahmedabad sight seeing. Day 3,- Ahmedabad to Somnath and evening temple visit.,Day 4 -,key places covered from Somnath to Dwarka.,Day 5 -,Dwarka Day 6 - Return. Thanks to Trupti from Travel bae (agent) and the Gujarat cab driver Paresh. You can trust them fully. Every trip has some learning. Avoid talking to stranger inside Dwarka temple as they will trap and loot money. Beyt dwark is beautiful but do it first thing in the morning as it is very tiring in case u r travelling with kids or elders. One can stay 2 days in Somnath if they wish to cover Gir, Diu and Daman. Hotels Fairfield by Marriott @ahmedabad and Sarovar portica @somnath is excellent. In Ahmedabad, One can skip Adalaj steps if pressed for time. Make sure to spend evening on Atal ji bridge which is Sabarmati river front. Gujarat is beautiful.

Vishnu's 15 days trip to Europe

I would like to thank Hub Holiday for their exceptional service and support for our Europe trip. They took care of each and every aspect of our trip and ensured that the trip went smoothly. They were always accessible/reachable and very prompt in their response. I would specifically extend my gratitude to Prashant Daroch and Rohit Thakur for their exemplary orientation, problem-solving & solutions-oriented approach. I would recommend Hub Holidays to every one planning a trip either in India or abroad. I would like to mention one incident while we were in Paris - we missed our guided tour of Louvre museum due to some confusion on part of the organizers in Paris - I called up Prashant and I was pleasantly surprised - he ensured we had the required tickets within 30 minutes and we were able to go to the museum. Hubliday.com has a great team with the right orientation - to provide the customized service and support we need and expect. I recommend them to everyone and wish the team the very best. Best regards, Vishnu Bangalore

Vivek's 10 days trip to New Zealand

We booked our New Zealand through travel traingle and hub holidays. Our plan was customised as per our requirements . Hotels, flights, meal, activities , self drive car everything was good. We did not face any issue during our trip. The only set back was Franz Joseph hotel which was 30 mins away from the main city. Other then that everything was good. We did not have a good experience with the visa team though. They were not aware of all the documents needed and we're not even aware that new Zealand tourist visa is an e visa for Indians, we being in Bangalore had to send them documents couple of time. Also they were rude no customer obsession. The 1 start that I have deducted is solely for travel relations the visa company. At one point we felt we could have done processing for our visa and it would have been much faster. But the experience we had with travel traingle and hub holidays is 5*. New Zealand and it's beauty. Self drive with Toyota RAWA Spinnaker's bay apartment Glaciar ride with snow landing Milford sound trip

Riju's 6 days trip to Vietnam

Traveltriangle is not first time for me as I have opted for the service couple of times for Thailand, LehLadakh, Singapore, Malaysia, Andaman as I am sure the team have the right agents who could customize according to our needs. The recent trip to Vietnam even though Tripadvisor have the option to book tickets I was lucky to have Bamboo hat tour (Sophie from Hanoi) because I prefer stress free and seamless service. Sophie is an expert in customizing our trip due to time constraints, whatsapp chat is the preferred mode of communication and her English is top notch which is very rare from Vietnam. Prague Hotel selected was at prime location at Saigon /Ho Chi Minj same applies to Diamond legend at Old quarter these are the things which we would miss if we haven't opted for agent as it makes easier to commute other famous location, cuisine and breakfast non-vegetarian menu at hotel was sumptuous. . Cab/transportation was precise (exact on time) as described even though we were two the vehicle can accommodate easily 5 check-in Family baggage. . Vietnam Adventure Tours was opted for Mekong delta (rat, worm, snake wine first time attempt good, boat ride nice experience) and Cu Chi Tunnel best part was we got a war veteran 75 years who had grenade particles inside his face at three places more details you can find in Tripadvisor tour page. . Hera Cruise @ Halong bay (nature at its best) had an awesome experience, however non-vegetarian option were limited due to Jain group as they transferred us to this cruise at the last moment assuming we prefer vegetarian this was the only miss while on the trip. More details https://tinyurl.com/y69mzscm. . We even lost costly sunglasses inside bus however Sophie spoke to Vietnam Adventure Tours it was given to a tourist from Bangalore and we collected it later. ** I will highly recommend Sophie (Bamboo hat tour) would have exchanged 1000's of words, great professional which is the only reason I had a gift from India unfortunately couldn't meet at Hanoi hence given at Hotel**
