It was a great experience. Driver and travel agents were good. But hotels were not value for money. Most of the hotels didn't have proper heaters even after paying charges for it. Hotel food was good, Chitkul camp stay was very good. Enjoyed a lot in chitkul camp stay although it was very cold.

In last week of March 2023, I planned family trip with Imm Ventures. Mr. Anil Sir from Imm Ventures arranged the trip for me. Pre & Post communication about the trip was very good. Anil Sir has answered all the queries about the trip. My experience with this trip is excellent. The hotels, home stay & the car provided was nice. We loved it & enjoyed. I highly recommend Imm Venture. Driver Mr. Narendra Singh was nice person & provided lot of useful information about the Himachal Pradesh. His driving is very good & safe. We were comfortable with him as if he is our friend. He was very helpful & the kind of service he has provided is awesome. Nice to have driver like Mr. Narendra Singh. I would love to have my next trip with Imm Ventures and request to have driver Mr. Narendra Sing.

Overall the trip was good. Positives : 1) Good hospitality at Kaza and Nako hotels. Excellent customer service by the lady and her son at Mangalam Hotel, Kaza. 2) The trip was well planned as a result we could cover the places on time. 3) The car journey was comfortable Area of Improvement: 1) Service at Hotel Moonlake, Shimla was bad. The room and washroom were dirty. Customer service and food was bad. 2) Hotels at Kalpa and Sarahan was average. However the rooms were clean. 3) Cab driver service was average. He did not stop for lunch and washroom at convenient location.

As expected , it was an amazing experience while travelling across Spiti Valley from Shimla to Manali at different places i.e. Sangla, Kalpa, Kaza, Tabo. Chandartaal in between many hidden beauties. Positive - Witnessing surreal beauties of Spiti Valley with our own eyes Supportive weather and climate Supportive and cordial people , all stays were comfortable . Though hectic but could see many yet unknown historical places , monasteries etc. Our Escort, Guide cum Driver was very helpful and gentle , has geographical knowledge of places Scope for improvement - Long travel in between places could be broken further to minimize bad long roads Few places standard of hotels could be improved

Services provided by Travel Triangle were excellent and the agent Ms. Deepali was very cooperative and in touch with us throughout the trip, to check if everything was going on well. Only two problems were there: 1.As per the itinerary, dropping meal needed to be provided but not given to us. 2. Last moment, manikaran ghat's plan was changed because of the crowd/traffic jam. This point I believe, should had to be taken into consideration while planning the itinerary. Moreover, driver was saying that we won't be responsible if u r not able to catch ur returning bus, if u go to see manikaran ghaat. 3. Plan changes should be allowed and accordingly refund should be given due to any local issues. Overall, everything was great like hotel, bus and other related services but still little management things need to be sorted out for better connection in future.

I would like to call out Mr Ashwani who planned the trip for us and drove us to the valley himself owing to the fact that I had met with an accident few days before the trip and injured my spine just to make sure that I don't risk my self during the trip. Hotels provided were very good. Mr Ashwani made sure that our stay and travel was comfortable. It was more like taking a road trip with a friend.
