Indeed, it was an amazing trip and thanks to travel triangle for making my honeymoon trip a memorable one. I was skeptical when I started paying the instalments for the trip but with all that was set and done in bali I would recommend travel triangle and its customized travel itinerary for a hassle free holiday. The stay at grand transera kancan villa and visit to tanah lot. Tip- avoid the glass bottom boat because it ain't worth the money u spend

Our trip to Singapore was our very first experience with Travel Triangle and this is what we would like to suggest to make the travellers experience better. 1. Kindly allocate one agent for communication. We had to deal with two agents , one called himself Pre-sales and one post-sales and we had to communicate our needs twice. A single Point of Contact would increase better communication. 2. Trust is mutual. If we are trusting your firm with our travel and money, the same trust should be extended to the travellers. We were even refused a detailed itinerary (which was shared mere 5 days before the trip) till we had paid all the installments. As the money was paid in installments, travellers should have been provided various vouchers in installments as well, but this was not the case. 3. Kindly do a background check on the pickup drivers. We had a pretty rude pickup driver who dropped us at the destination he wanted to go to and not to the one where we asked him to as it was inconvenient for him. 4. Share the Driver details beforehand at the start of the day rather than sharing it when asked for . This was repeated on all the 4 days of our driver need. 5. Also would appreciate if any changes made in the booking to be made reasonable. We were asked to pay exorbitant amount for increase our hotel stay eventhough the hotel prices were half of it.

The trip booking and all trip was seamless. No where did we feel lost or waiting for someone or something. Trip was well organised and looking forward for more vacations

Hi , About my Mauritius trip, everything was good as planned. But Vegetarian food at Tamarin hotel is like hell. Me and my wife fell sick because of hotel food. And last day my wife herself cooked the vegetarian food in the hotel. Except food, everything was good. One more thing I felt is there is nothing much in North Island trip (3rd day). Its nothing but visiting the shops. But sight seeing at fort is awesome, and rest all is useless. Thanks Siddesh Banakar Siddesh Banakar

Pattaya hotel was good but Bangkok hotel could have been replaced with another good one as the booked hotel was pathetic. Overall experience is excellent.

Trip to Thailand Travel Company: Prabhat Travels Travel Agent : Gaurav Singh The overall trip experience was really good..all the  scheduled activities were performed as per expectations and without any delay.. We had confortable stay in phukwt krabi and bangkok hotels..for future reference i would suggest a better hotel in pattaya as bella express was not upto expectation..private transfer cars were on schedule and comfortable beyond our expeactations also the drivers were very professional as well as welcoming In case of all the prepaid activities ie phi phi island cruise safari wrld etc we did not face any issue.. I would like to specially acknowlegde Gaurav for support during the entire trip.. He was always approachable and in throughout contact with us.. We would also like to thank Miss Golf and Mr Arun the emergency contact num provided by you..they were also in continuous touch with us.. Special thanks to Mr Gaurav Singh for always being in contact if required and his efforts for making the trip peaceful for us.. We had a very bucket full of memories during the entire trip

Maldives Awesome arrangement...Bit expensive though

Appreciate all the efforts as the trip to Bali / last minute Thailand trip was a rollercoaster ride, but at the end you managed to do a great Thailand Package. Will surely look forward for Travetriangle for my next holiday package.

Have paid additional 2200 bhat for island trip to your local trip agent as island trip was included in my itinary I have paid 1000bhat in James bond island and 1200 bhat for phi phi island and you guys charged me 61500 still I done paymnt in trip ,which is so bad service and you have overcharged me for trip

Remarks: 1.Ashlee plaza hotel below expectations 2.Paid 1100 baht in james bond island 3.Paid 1000 baht in phiphi islnd 4.In bangkok no city tour inspite of several calls and follow ups 5. Travel agent pathetic no proper communication for pick up n drop 6. Veg food in flight not booked , had to starve in flight, non veg was served to us.
