        Thailand, 30th Sep 2023 We were total 5 persons. Hotels booked were good, most of the commitments were followed. Overall it was definitely cost effective trip. Thanks to Suraj and Raveena for managing it well. Few Issues which I faced- 1. Local drivers knows Thai only, No support at all from drivers about places in city, specialized food items etc. I remember it was promised that driver will know English 2. Local team who provides cabs is different. Their support was almost like no, they decide their own timings even if we have our private car booked. Me and my friends never had nice breakfast in Thailand, not even for a single day. They should know that we are on vacation and not again on running mode to catch something. Thailand is having all sightseeing very much in City so there is no meaning in leaving early in the morning.

        Parul was very patient and gave a lot of suggestions for the trip. While other agents lost their patience during the negotiation process which every customer expects and does, she stuck with me till the end and gave the best quotation possible. We had already been to thailand once earlier and we had seen everything necessary on that trip. So she recommended madame Tussauds wax musuem and sealife ocean world at Bangkok which turned out to be excellent, family loved the experience from both the places. Phi Phi and James Bond island was amazing. The only factor that we were not happy about was that the hotel room that was booked at Phuket did not have seaview which we had requested for. But in the end, we got the room that we wanted by demanding the people at the hotel directly two days after reaching there. Overall, It was an experience to remember and would highly recommend Navigatio. Thanks to Parul and team for everything!

        Very Average hotels, No prior information given about trip pickup, we need to take follow ups on pick up for our planned trip, drivers were not cooperative, we got to know about our early morning tours just 10mins prior. Even agents did not informed us about exact timings for pick up due to which driver left us in hotel and in different country between strangers we somehow managed to reach destination of our own which led us spend more money for our planned tour. Also about food, my friends are pure vegetarian but the in Phuket we were served only non veg breakfast due to which my friends did not took breakfast. Also same day after phi phi island tour, lunch buffet was completely tasteless, there was not a single thing which we could eat so we again remained hungry. They said fruits will be served at the end of lunch but their fruits were over by then, we also asked for tea or coffee that was also finished. Now if we are given excuse that we were late I will not accept that because we were very much on time for lunch as we did not took our breakfast so we were actually waiting for lunch time. Sorry but I had very bad experience with travel2agent on my first international trip. Phi phi island was good

        Firstly, I would like to say the trip started with huge disappointment as the flights booked was Spice Jet and it was a disastrous travel as the International flight did not have proper AC working and we were sweating through out the trip. We landed at 3 30 am early mrng at Bangkok and it took us almost 4 hours to complete with immigration and stuff. The travel agents had provided us visa form which was not accepted and we were in queue for 30 mins and were resend to take the other form and fill it. Somehow managed to finish all that and went towards the vehicle which dropped us at hotel by 9 30 am. So, from 9 30 till 1 30, we were waiting at hotel lobby tired and completely in no condition to do anything. We checked in to rooms at 2 pm, the hotel was good and the stay was peaceful and after that around 6 vehicle had come to pick us up for alcazar show. The show was good but we couldn't enjoy it as we were too tired to watch it. The next day trip to coral island and it was a good day of enjoyment. 3rd day again free day and we planned a trip to sriracha tiger park with our local agent . The next day we checked out from room at 10 am and transfer to Bangkok we reached at around 12 and were taken for city tour. we finished the city tour and came back to hotel around 6 and we had no time to rest and went for shopping at local market. We had asked for stay at Ramada and the location of Ramada was close to the main markets so we did not have to walk a lot. The next day was Safari world and marine park, it was fun but we got completely tired because of the less time to rest and no time to shop. After coming back we again went for shopping. Sunday was our last day, we checked out from hotel at 12 in the afternoon and our pick from hotel was arranged at 1 30 and our flight was for 9 pm. we reached airport at around 2. 10 and from that time till 6 we were waiting at the airport all tired . While the itenary was shared we did not notice the airport transfer time at 1 30. This has caused us major disappointment as we are all completely tired and drained out from the tiredness of waiting and travelling. Its my humble request to travelers to check with the agents whoever it is for the detailed itenary so that trip is not too tiring and preferably never select low fare airways and connecting flights. I was happy with the tours coordination although we cannot say we enjoyed the trip completely as we had lots of ups and downs.

        All the things were very well planned. I didn't bought local sim card still didn't face any problem due their perfect planning. They should just try to change the restaurant where they provide lunch in Safari world. But I think it's the only Indian restaurant there. Their team members coordinated very well and also given us enough time to explore ourselves.

        The phuket experience was awesome everything was organised perfectly the drivers were always on time the hotel Crest Resort pool and Villa I will recommend for everyone, however the Bangkok experience was not that good the hotel which we were booked for is not a family friendly hotel it was far from the places we were completely lost the Aspen suits what it claims is not please don’t recommend anyone with family, that’s why I have 4 stars rest everything was well organised will certainly book with you again in future.
