Also, the schedule set was very hectic considering going their with family, so better planning should have been provided and conveyed to the customer. Also, the charged everything upfront, but after the payment was made, the responsiveness was very poor. Specially from the GUY named SHEEL, who was taking care of our VISA processes.

*Dubai Trip with Travel Triangle: A Mixed Bag* Overall: My Dubai trip with Travel Triangle offered a customized itinerary at a competitive price, with great hotel selection and included activities. However, communication issues and inflexibility on tours detracted from the experience. Pros: Customization: Travel Triangle built a package that fit my needs, including the hotel and activities I wanted. Hotel: I was very happy with the chosen hotel - [Hyatt and Wyndham]. Selective Activities: I appreciated the option to choose specific activities instead of a pre-set package. Location & Transport: Having included airport transfers and local transportation was convenient. Ground Team: The ground team in Dubai was generally helpful. Competitive Price: I felt I got good value for the price I paid. Sightseeing Flexibility: I liked having some flexibility in choosing which sights to see. Cons: Ticketing Confusion: There were issues with receiving the correct ticketing information for some activities, causing some confusion. Itinerary Clarity: The itinerary for locations could have been clearer, leading to some minor navigation challenges. Shared Tours: Being placed in a shared tour group (SIC) with incompatible travelers wasn't ideal. Driver Rigidity: Drivers' strict adherence to routes and limited flexibility during sightseeing was frustrating. Unprofessional Conduct: Some pick-up and drop-off experiences for sightseeing involved harsh or rude behavior, which put a damper on the mood. Recommendation: While Travel Triangle offered a good value with a customized package, communication and tour flexibility need improvement. If you prioritize clear communication and a relaxed sightseeing experience, you might want to consider other options. However, if you're on a budget and value a customizable itinerary, Travel Triangle could be a good fit, with the caveat that you might need to manage your expectations regarding communication and tour flexibility. 5 Star Rating for Meenakshi: A special shoutout to Meenakshi, the sales executive, who did an excellent job in planning an efficient tour package and itinerary - had tremendous support to arrange a package, understanding activities and plan then accordingly. Always Recommended to get your tour planned efficiently and budget friendly. Ground Team - Mehul & Ankit - prompt support for the next day schedule, ticket and other support. First the good things: 1. Customized trip planning by Lalith - all questions answered, and offered many suggestions. Very helpful. 2. The Visa processing part was smooth 3. The trip guides/drivers were absolutely on time. I was floored by this - very very commendable 4. Guides were pretty knowledgeable and non-pushy 5. Well-behaved guides and drivers and the co-ordination was near perfect Things that need to change/improve: 1. The requirements for travel were either COVID-19 vaccination certificate or COVID-19- testing for non-vaccinated people. This IS NOT REQUIRED according to the VFS site and should not have been there on the list. This was a waste of money and added hassle. 2. TIPS: It was mentioned tips are mandatory and $5 per person/day was to be collected. But when we landed no one mentioned or collected it. When we left Cairo for other cities and the cruise - everyone asked for tips, which we paid. Found out the on-ground people had not communicated about it and the end vendor wasn't aware or wasn't receiving it. So we ended up paying more than what was necessary. My suggestion is to let customers know that tipping is a part of Egyptian tourism culture and what the normal/general tips are let them handle it so that at least the deserving people receive it. 3. The cabin for the cruise was a bit small for 3 people. I wish during planning I was offered a few choices about different sized rooms with each costing so that I could make an informed decision.

We had a great time with our family in Egypt. Many thanks to Travel Traingle for their management. We had a smooth trip. We went with two senior members and one toddler. They made sure to execute the plans as per schedule. The agent from India, Aman was very polite and answered whenever we had any question prior and in the middle of the trip. The agent from Egypt, Ali was polite and well mannered as well. At the day of Eid, when we were supposed to visit one place in Luxor in the evening, the guide was not available and we got to know that once we were ready and waiting for him. We contacted Aman since Ali was unavailable. Aman contacted and let us know about the plan being postponed to next day. We had a great trip next day and we covered all the places. I think, due to Eid, we had this minor issue. otherwise, everything went great! We would definitely recommend this travel planner for your next Egypt trip.

Our overall tour was really good. The agency Travel Lykke in great detail explained the itinerary and were at hand to answer any questions about POC in Egypt, visa and other things to keep in mind while in Egypt. The local coordinator, Hossam was really kind & helpful. He even waited with us on station for 4 hours for the train. Each guide in each city - Muhammad, Mona Lisa & Dua - were really knowledgeable as well as friendly. Travel Lykke recommended us a tour to the Baheriya Oasis which became the highlight of our trip. The White & black desert, camping under the stars, eating with the local Bedouins was simply mesmerising. The cons on this tour were primarily regrading the trains. We'd specifically & repeatedly asked to book trains that ensured we reached the other city between 10-10:30 am. It was so that, we could maximize our sightseeing before boarding the train & arrive at a decent time to check-in at the hotel. That wasn't followed. That was really unpleasant, as we'd to wait in the hotel lobby for long hours. Also, even after requesting beforehand in the train vegetarian food wasn't booked - one traveller was vegetarian. We weren't even told about that, otherwise we'd have made alternate arrangements. Proper communication about these things would have made the experience great
