We had an incredible experience during our Vietnam journey, thanks to the exceptional efforts of the LVP Travel team. The staff members were incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout our trip, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our accommodations were consistently clean and hygienic,

and we were always provided with prompt transportation whenever needed. However, there were a couple of aspects that left us feeling disappointed. 1. Firstly, the size of the buses provided, despite being equipped with air conditioning, was quite small and uncomfortable. 2. Additionally, our experience aboard the Halong Bay Cruise fell short of our expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star cruise, we found the reality to be quite different upon arrival. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't functioning properly, and the overall quality of the rooms didn't meet our expectations. Consequently, we felt that the experience wasn't worth the amount we had paid.
