The trip was organized very well and very happy with the way the agent and driver communicated and kept us comfortable. The rooms and the breakfast were just awesome.. Except for the stay at Colombo where the room size was small... The driver was very helpful and pointed to madu river safari which was a memorable experience... First of all a big thank you for being the bridge to contact the right agent! Out of the 3 who reached out to me, one was very non-responsive, the other sounded like not really interested in dealing with Indians and the one was #Accountable and had #Ownership. That one was non other than Ayesha! A big thanks to Ayesha from TropicalCeylon. She was the best and was with us literally until the end of the trip! She was awesome, very flexible on timings, I had no chance to review the details during office hours and she willingly adjusted for me and she has spent late nights talking to me and taking me through all the details. The hotels were not that good apart from Rivendell, the worst of the lot was Serendib beach resort where the hotel was under maintenance and the rooms stinked a lot, infact in some rooms rats where there. we were also totally disappointed with the service provided by Thuruliya lodge hotel where the breakfast was very very bad, and the service was very very poor. The only plus point was the cab and the driver who managed to bring in some cheer, overall the trip arrangements was not as we expected and needs to improve a lot.

Tropical Ceylon did a very good job in providing us with one of the best Chauffeurs- Kasun. Though the trip was fully planned by myself, they arranged the things well. There was a little miscommunication between the chauffeur & the travel agent. I had repeatedly asked to get the train tickets from Nanu Oya to Ella, however it was not done & luckily there were two tickets left, else we had to waste another 2 hours that day. Expected better communication from the travel agent. Overall it was a great trip & I must say- Sri Lanka is an awesome country with amazing people. Sigiriya stay, Train journey to Ella, Galle street walk, Bentota beach walk, Madu river safari were the best memories

It was better than I thought, but at some point it was very unhelpful as in missra we had to have a day break if wanted to go forbid whale watching which was not guided. Safari was of no use could have given othe options instead .

The charge of the flights was relatively very high. The actual flights rates were close to 9k for Srilanka to and fro - which is in the printed boarding passes as well. But they charged me around 10k for flights per person.
