It was awesome trip

Travel Triangle just referred to some agents and weren't involved at all in my trip or with any of the bookings. Support was very poor in terms of communication or offers or explaining the trip. Our Agent Tropical Ceylon was good. Ayesha was the agent assisting us and we were very happy with the service. The first driver(Mr.Srinath) they provided was rude and we had a very tough time with him. He only drove to places and never explained anything, didn't inform us anything about the local event timing and never took us to places we liked, he made us walk unnecessarily at many places (at some places we walked 2-3 kms because he said car isn't allowed in those places). Though we informed him that we didn't like his behavior, he didn't respond and didn't change. finally we fought and arranged for a new driver Mr.Jagath who was very nice and we enjoyed the rest of our tour with him. Overall we liked our trip to Srilanka and would recommend it to our friends.

It was an overall satisfying experience but few areas of service left a lot to be desired.

The entire trip of Srilanka was really good. It is one of the places worth watching in your life. The beauty of nature altogether mountains, the falls, the ocean, beach, rivers, lakes and the wilds. I had planned this trip well in advance with Tropical Ceylon (Mr. Kareem) though he helped us plan the entire trip so well it turned out to be slightly goofed-up. The chauffeur being one one the greatest problem for us. I would personally suggest do not try to appoint a chauffeur who does not know the place well. Chauffeur is a guide to the entire place, the local food, the entire experience depends on him but one wrong choice could affect the entire trip; so did we Jayant who was unfortunately our guide & a driver didn't knew what he was actually doing! Due to which we lost visiting many places in and around our itinerary. But thanks to Kareem and team the chauffeur was changed on our last 3 days, could atleast covered Bentota & Colombo. 5- stars to Kushan he is one of the best person, the best chauffeur & appreciates Srilanka for its beauty. We could know much history & the depth of Srilanka because of his wide knowledge. I enjoyed my Trip with Travel Triangle & Tropical Ceylon altogether (The assistance was at par) Thank you & looking forward for more trips with you'll

The trip was good could have been way better. Most of the things mentioned in the itinerary was skipped. Disappointed

It's been really great to be in Sri Lanka. What made it more interesting was your efforts and kind of facilities we have got during our stay there. Whether it was selection of hotels at different locations or our guide Kushal (who later became a great fella), everything was absolutely great. So, thank you for making our trip more memorable and a big thumbs up to you all. Keep going, keep growing like this. :) :) From, Ritu and Vikash :)

The travel agent employee Ms.Chamodi was really helpful and supported throughout the trip. She tried her level best to provide us all the facilities but only issue was tour guide . Entire group felt that he was not having any proper knowledge of any places and he was not at all enthusiastic.

The tour package . was organised with out planning for the last days tour .We were placed about 120 km away from airport, as we were to report at 0500 am on 20th august . We could not sleep that night. This is a gross negligence on the part of organizers. On 15 august.we were accommodated in a hotel which is totally a non standard . Many places we could not visit due to lack of time, planning and not organized in proper order. From day one I HAVE REQUESTED YOU THAT WE THREE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS with all that what we received was not that good. Except for 15 th and 16 august the accommodation was very good. Try to plan well and provide better facilities to the travelers.

I booked Sri lanka tour package with the help of Tropical Ceylon. Ms. Chamodi helped us for fixing itinerary & hotels. She is very polite and helpful. (Her response can be rated as excellent 5/5).she helped us for arranging pure vegetarian food in Sri lanka (Getting vegetarian food in srilanka is very tough for few of the places i visited) Pravin, our chauffer for the tour is an excellent guy,he took us to different activities. Do your own homework for fixing itinerary, finalizing activities & site seeing. 2. Check hotels offered by tour operators, upgrade as necesaary. 3. Know your train departure time for train ride. (Because of train officer miscommunication we had to travel by 2nd class against originally offered 1st class) 1. Stay and water sports at Bentota 2. Sigiriya 3. Nuwaraeliya

Very good tritment of hotel staff & driver but not veg restaurants

I would like to share the experience of our Sri Lanka tour from 9th June to 15th June, 2018 through Tropical Ceylon. Ms. Chamodi, representative of Tropical Ceylon is one of the best travel experts for Sri Lanka Tours. The arrangements made by her in terms of stay, conveyance, chauffeur, sight seeings etc. was an overall wonderful package. The properties given by her for our stay were located at one of the best locations of the city. The chauffeur Mr. Nalin was a very helpful and a nice person to travel with throughout the country. Also while travelling one of our group mate had some health issue and thus, we had to make some changes in our itenary. Ms. Chamodi calmly handled the situation and without bothering too much, cancelled our booking where we were staying and booked our hotel at a new place immediately. The arrangements she provided and the help she gave, is the best example of true professionalism. I, on behalf of my friends, would like to thank Ms. Chamodi and whole team of Tropical Ceylon, for making this holiday memorable for us. We highly recommend everyone to book tours in the beautiful country of Sri Lanka only with Tropical Ceylon.! P.S.- I would like to thank Mr. Sujith and Mr. Vaibhav for supporting us in booking our tour without any hassle and in guiding us for completing all the travel formalities. If these guys would not have been there then i think this trip of ours would not have been possible. Thank You guys for making the arrangements at the end moment and for giving your support for the same..Thank you. ...It was really a wonderful and memorable trip !! Agent did his best to plan the trip but lot of inconveniences happened about the payement and this made my trip little poor Blue whale safari best
