1. Quality checks on Hotels are not done appropriately. 2. At one of the hotel, the staff was amazingly friendly and tried their best to make our holiday memorable. Unfortunately, the Hotel was not maintained appropriately. Despite our booking, the Gala Dinner was not there. We got everything setup after reaching, following up and escalating. 3. Guides were friendly, but needs to be trained on English as a language and should guide the passengers on various locations, history about the monuments and places being visited.

The hotel in Kandy wasn't great at all and the room in Bentota had Red ants in the rooms all over the place. The guide was very helpful but lacked professionalism, for example he wasn't telling much about the things on the way.

Satisfactory experience. Good mix of hotels and excellent car.

The trip was very well organized by Tropical Ceylone. Mr Chathura was very humble and quick at response. They allotted us a cab driver who was very friendly and fun going. Thank you travel triangle and tropical Ceylone.

Worth of money we spend on tour.Good services. Places of visits are all worth remembering.

Hotels at Nuwara Eliya and Colombo was not as we expected.. rest all hotels are good... Travel guide we expected to be a person who can explain us more about srilanka but he has done a good job.. Overall good

I have no hesitation to tell that the tour was a delightful experience. I definitely recommend Travel Triangle to make my future foreign travel.They are extremely helpful to make your stay and journey arrangements as comfortable as possible.

A well planned and executed trip. Picked up right in the Colombo airport in the morning at 3am and a luxury vehicle as promised was at service. A well maintained Toyota Hybrid vehicle was there for 4 night and 5 days at my disposal. Chauffeur Rohana was one of the best to make the trip more successful and lively. Best was the 2 hotels recommended by the agency. Golden Ridge at Nuvera Ellaya was the best with excellent service. They gave an early check in at 7:30am which was unbelievable. Panadanus at Bentota was the next with great fniish. Though my review is late, Great service from Golden ridge hotel and Rohana.

THE DRIVER HAS BEEN AMAZING. HE HAS BEEN WITH US LIKE AN ELDER BROTHER TAKING MAXIMUM CARE OF US. AYESHA WAS THE TRAVEL EXECUTIVE OF TROPICAL CEYLON HANDLING OUR TRIP. SHE HAS BEEN A GOOD SUPPORT THROUGHOUT SINCE THE TIME OF BOOKING. WE ARE THANKFUL TO TROPICAL CEYLON FOR PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT CAB AND MARVELLOUS DRIVER.

We got to know about the Tropical Ceylon from Travel Triangle and went ahead to book our over land transportation from Colombo - Kandy - NuwaraEliya - Bentota - Colombo along with the hotels in all the locations. Hansi from TC was so professional and helped us in managing the itinerary and indeed the complete tour. What I found was that the services and the response from the Hansi was just simply Amazing. My messages were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. Definitely Tropical Ceylon is highly recommended because of my personal experience with the agency. Regarding the hotels, Kandy City hotel is not a good choice but the hotel in Nuwara Eliya Camelia Lake View was nice with good room and hospitality. The hotel in Bentota Laluna Ayurveda Resort was the best. The rooms, food, view, and most importantly the staff was very nice. The water sports unit at Laluna was amazing. The chauffer Mr. Jagath was very helpful and hospitable and drove us safely throughout the journey. In the end, I would like to say Big Thank You to all the people in Tropical Ceylon for arranging the tour so nicely.
