Best chauffeur guidance, but hotel arrangements on two location very bad a@ nuwera eliya and colombo

Our recent trip to Sri Lanka was a fantastic experience. Special mention for our tour guide - Mr. Prasanna and our point of contact at Tropical Ceylon - Tharushi. Both of them were really helpful and friendly. Our tour guide cum driver could not have been any better who was really polite, punctual and took care of all our needs that were required in Sri Lanka. The choice of hotels provided by the agency was fantastic and very apt according to our demands while the points of interest that we visited were also in reference to our liking. It was a really awesome experience, specially taking into consideration that it was our first international visit.

Sri Lanka recent trip with Tropical Ceylon was fantastic. Special mention for the tour chauffer - Sujith. He was very helpful, friendly, ensured timeliness, and made sure we had a lovely time. Even the person who helped me finalise the trip - Hoshin was very good and prompt in her response. Though there were few minor issues with Tropical Ceylon, 1) driver detailed not shared in time; 2) final invoice not shared on time, Travel Triangle was able to help in both these matters which kind of solved these concerns well within time. Since I have travelled a lot extensively across the globe, quick research on the areas to cover and hotels to stay helped me in deciding my final itinerary with the agency. Though the agency covered everything in their itinerary, I would suggest to do your research so that you enjoy your trip to the fullest. Overall, would highly recommend Tropical Ceylon / Travel Triangle for your future trips

The cab nd driver was good,but the hotels you provided for accomodation on the first nd last day was so bad.

* Very Good experience from day of Arrival to departure. especially the chauffeur cum Guide Mr.Shivantha is very kind,supportive, very caring person take care of my kids,we had Safe Driving and journey covering places mentioned in Trip Itenary. * Vehicle condition may be improved, struggled some times in carrying us in Hill place , some times switched off AC. This is minor. * Hotels which are Booked as family rooms but it's extra cot in Double bed room.This may be improvement point , But they are not 3 star category(Kandy). * But Rooms Booked in Nuwera eliya and Benatota are Family rooms especially Glory Bush Service is excellent , Rohi and Team are very Kind enough very Good Service by the Team, Food prepared quality and preference. * Bentota the resort is out of city but excellent location and place we shall spend time for a day * Service of Arjun and Team in Laluna eco resort is excellent. * But disappointed to spend time in Beaches.. Great experience at first time along with family. * Mangrove Island Safari at Bentota * Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawala * Baktha Hanuman Temple at Ramboda, especially Good south indian food served by Annapoorni Hotel placed in that temple. * Seetha temple at Nuwara eliya.

Everything was good but 1 hotel which the travel agent selected was the worst of all. I m not sure how that room r hotel comes under 3star rating when it's not even worth of 1star. Beaches was awesome.

Very nicely arranged trip but a little expensive

This is not the first time we have taken help of Travel Triangle. Last year, we had a wonderfully wonderful trip arranged through Travel Triangle. This year too, when we (Me,My wife and 2 sons) decided on visiting Sri Lanka, it was but natural to approach Travel Triangle considering our good experience last year. They connected us with 2 Travel Agencies and after multiple rounds of discussions and negotiation and changes in itinerary, we booked our trip through Tropical Ceylon. Manoj was our Driver cum English speaking guide and I must say he did a fabulous job considering his limitations. The places we visited were Wonderful and the activities we partook were wow. Though some activities appeared a bit too pricey- Especially the Diving and Tube riding at Bentota. What I didn't like and I am really upset about is that though Tropical Ceylon booked us and charged us for 3* facility, none of the Hotels were 3*. Moreover, the hotels at Bentota was awful. It was infested with Mosquitoes and there no Mosquito repellants or Waste bins in the rooms. We had to call up Travel Triangle as the Hotel staff were not taking any interest. In Negombo also the accomodation was not of standard and the lighting of the room and Bathroom were awfully inadequate. Except for this 2 blips, the tour was excellent. And both Tropical Ceylon and tRavel Triangle should look into tbhgis matter in right earnest. I am not asking for a refund of the expenses charged to us as the Hotels were not 3 *. But what happened, I felt CHEATED.

Very good experience. Especially the cab and driver Mr. Chamara, very friendly guy and informative. Sri Lanka beautiful country to visit.

Sri Lanka is beautiful, green and filled with natural beauty. People are friendly and that made our whole 12 days most fulfilling. Highly recommended destination!! would like to highlight few areas which should be taken into consideration by travellers: 1) Food: Sri Lankan cuisine is delicious, however pure vegetarian people should exercise caution since in some veg dishes dry fish is added. Most hotels dining areas don't clearly mention pure-veg dishes or put a Green/ Red dots. For non-vegetarian folks it can a real delicious trip though!!! 2) Hotels: Most hotels we stayed were neat/ tidy and good courteous staff. However one needs to carefully check the room amenities since in Nuwara Eliya/ Ella many hotels don't have AC and it can get a bit discomforting. We faced this issue since I had assumed AC rooms by default and failed to notice this. 3) Topical Ceylon : Had better expectations from them. I had to chase them to get few things done. it was a real tiring exercise. Infant Naina from Travel triangle had to intervene at few times to get things done towards the end. However special mentioned about our Driver / Guide - Ganesh. He was really fun and helpful person. He was always on time, kept the car clean and offered good suggestions at various places. We had done lots of research ourself so we found quite a few things to see and do. I would urge fellow travellers to do the same since Tropical Ceylon would not take so much effort. They would only recommend the regular tourist things to do.

The overall experience was nice. The food at some hotels could have been better. They have very less options for vegetarians so it was bit of a problem for us. The overall trip was good
