Trip was fantastic.Hotels were too good.Services provided them were also worth appreciating.The cab driver was a nice fellow and very cooperative.Only disappointing thing was that there was no WIFI in Oak ray heritage hotel at Kandy and also swimming pool was in the other hotel with which they had tie up with. Many to note down.

Excellent service from the travel agent and all places, services are provided as per the itenirary. Made a lot of memories from the trip with my college friends,will make sure to visit srilanka again.

We ( me & spouse) had a very enjoyable Sri Lanka trip. Both Travel Triangle and Tropical Ceylon were very good at their service. Mr Sujith from Travel Triangle provided the guidance in terms of formalities and coordinated with Sri Lanka agents. Mr Dhinusha from Tropical Ceylon was in close touch with us throughout the trip and ensured that there were no issues with the hotel bookings. Firstly the positives : Sri Lanka is very bfeautiful ( very green & CLEAN ) . There are lots of things to see & do. It is very tourist friendly with good roads, infrastructure & facilities. People are very polite and friendly. Historical monuments are well maintained & beaches are clean. Areas of improvement : SIM cards r: Even though we were promised free SIM cards, we had to pay for their activation as well as plans. Hotels : The finalized list of hotels was significantly changed, and we came to know about the changes only after reaching Sri Lanka from the driver. However as Mr Dhinusha put it the changed hotels were equivalent or better ( Topaz & Lavanga were excellent, Heaven Seven was very good, Royal Heritage, Oak Ray Lake Resort were good and Mirisa Gate & GSH Colombo were ok ). Expenses : Monument entrance fees are expensive. Food is not cheap and there are very limited vegetarian options. Car & Driver Excellent car but inexperienced driver. He was visiting some of the places for the first time. Was not aware of the monument timings : we missed seeing a couple of temples/monuments because they were closed when we reached. Overall a very enjoyable trip : Thank you Travel Triangle & Tropical Ceylon for making it happen.

Tropical Ceylon could have planned the trip a little better, interm of transit. The most time that we've spend in Sri Lanka was in the cab. leaving the traveling apart it was an amazing experience and everything was organised. apart from one bad experience at Thuruliya Lodge , the hotels were great. whale watching in Mirissa was the highlight of the trip.

Although the experience was great but I have still given hotel rating as 1 star because one of the hotel provided was not even 1 star and was mentioned as 4 star by the agent which I found out only when I checked in the hotel. Even after raising the concern to change the hotel, the request was not entertained by the agent. I have already shared my experience with the agent and expect travel triangle to talk to the agent to avoid such mistakes in future.

It was a wonderful trip ,really we enjoiyed the tour ..excellent driver and tour guide ..me and my wife will never forget Sirilanka ..thank u very much for the nice trip .

We availed the cab services from travel traingle. it was a good experience as the car was good and clean and the driver was nice as well. They also helped us a lot in finalizing our itinerary and had many packages to choose from. 100 marks for responsiveness and professional attitude.

Went with my parents on the trip. The tour were good. The hotels were Decent although not that great. But i would say there were a few negatives as well. We did not have the driver available on the promised time on the 1st day. It seemed the Driver was stuck with some police official. We were arranged another driver at around 3.5 hrs late. We had Agent Melanie who was handling our entire itinerary who was not prompt enough in getting us a plan B at the earliest. The hotels were decent. The one in Nuwareliya and Colombo were very good. The one in Bentota - Hotel Laluna was overrated. Our driver Mr. Dhanushka guided us well throughout the tour and he also took us to good places in all the destinations. Were very happy with his hospitality.

I would say the trip was well organized , the cab and Driver were really good. However there were lots of negative aspects to this trip.The driver was new and did not know the locations of the hotel , I had to search it from GPS. We had to make a detour of nearly 60 km as the hotel address provided from Tropical Ceylon was wrong place. The hotel was in Ramboda but the itinerary given was in Nuwara Eliya. Melanie tour manager cheated Us soon after landing by charging LKR 1000 for the SIM cards , but it was written SIM card was free. Though I tipped the driver liberally he also pocketed some money for the parking charges telling he will return it later. I am not worried about the money but the attitude and honesty. The Lalanu ayurvedic resort was absolutely Horrible
