Both travel triangle and tropical Ceylon were really good at their service, cab and driver provided to us throughout the trip was excellent, we never had any kind of problem during our stay at the hotels

Our trip to Sri Lanka was wonderful. Everything was as advertised and the country is beautiful. Our cab driver was especially helpful and kind. Would recommend this trip to friends for sure!

We booked a 5-day Sri Lanka trip with Melani at Tropical Ceylon. She arranged our hotel accommodations, transportation, and tours coordination. Even after we had last minuted changes her overall service and response were excellent. My messages and phone calls were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. Kudos to our driver Suranga! He was phenomenal, friendly, honest and respectful. We will definitely use them again! All are good memories!

Really well organized. The Agent is from SL itself, has very good knowledge and was very helpful finalizing the trip. I had multiple requests and changes and the agent was very patient and helped with all possible options. Once in SL, everything was well organized, the hotels were really good and the check-in process everywhere were seamless. The cab and the driver were also good. The itinerary provided was very exhaustive, but the driver was very accommodating in terms of our requirements. Overall very satisfied with the agent, would recommend anyone to go ahead and book with them with confidence.

it was arranged very nicely with a good driver to guide us. both the free Ayurveda massage and the water sport at bentota could not be done - i am no sure why . but otherwise the hotel stay food and rest was all fine both the alta vista stay and sea rocks hotel was too good to be explained one has to experience the scenic beauty and spend some time just relaxing

First of all my apologies to tropical ceylon for the late update.. well I have traveled alot of places alone n always had difficulties during tours.. but nothing could compare nor even come close to tropical ceylon.. thanks to the boss who took care of everything and got it all organised for me.. sthuthi Melanie.. well the world needs people like you cause I did not feel like a client.. rather I felt I was taken care like family.. thanks for all the follow up and making sure that all arrangements were more than my expectations.. well I wish and pray that I get the chance to treat you as well if you visit my home town.. the stay,food, n travel were more than my expectations and by saying thanks.. I know that's just not enough.. Well will be back for sure with my family.. Thanks for the love and care I got from Srilanka.. Thanks to Melanie for taking care, treating me like family and also will be my best friend for years to come.. It was our first visit to Colombo and it sure was a very good trip. Not only did Melani help us plan the itenary out well; she also suggested the hotels we could consider, etc. She was a perfect host to us even. The services offered through her agency are good and I would strongly recommend her. Meeting Melani and her family was the best part of our trip. She was warm and cordial and she also packed some local Christmas goodies and sweets for us to take back home.

From airport pick up till drop off.. as promised and plan and delivered. Well done. Will book again when revisit SriLanka Bentota.. tasted SriLankan curry crabs at Amal restaurant

It was a good platform with lots of Travel agents- and the quotes that I got were really helpful for better judgement and better comparison.Not to mention the ease of payment and after sales with dedicated person calling and solving all queries. a superb experience and trust worthy. It was a awesome trip. Starting from trip to Pinnawala to Kandy to Nuwaraeliya to Negambo and then back to Colombo. It was a fantastic & memorable trip.
