Our driver was amazing.. staff and oak ray and Joe's were not courteous Nuwara Eliya, Ministry of Crab, Marino Beach

All the accommodations booked for me was great except the last one, Ocean Queen - Bentota Had a great time in turtle hatchory, water sports, enjoyed Nuwareliya climate, our vehicle was great and not but the least our chauffeur cum guide was the best, who made our trip a fruitful one❤️

It was good trip and arrangements. But not satisfied with driver guidance, driver Support, etc.,

Sugandha and Hansi from tropical Ceylon helped us alot for planning trip . Ivan was a good driver.we loved the service by travel triangle

Overall the trip was good. Well planned but poorly executed. Most of the time went on traveling, due to time constraint, we were not able to cover few places and could not enjoy the hospitality of the hotel i choose. The hotel choice provided by the TC was poor and one of the hotel i decided to go with the TC choice turned out be disaster. Many things promised were not provided as this was our first marriage anniversary/honeymoon trip i had specific instruction of the room decor and room choice with good view was never delivered. TC needs to improve on their planning and delivering part.

Oak Ray food and service was very poor. Villa 69 room was very small. Food was not appreciated Sigiria was good stay and place. Beaches we're good.

Our trip of 5 days 4 nights was wonderful and exciting. It was planned perfectly by Ms. Ayesh of Tropical Ceylon. Sri Lanka is a very beautiful country with great people, great beaches and great places to hang out. Ms. Ayesha was very responsive, proactive and was always available over the phone during the planning of the trip. She helped me with all the customizations and gave her valuable suggestions about the places to visit. Special thanks to our chauffeur Mr. Samsan Silva. He made our stay in Sri Lanka very pleasant by his punctuality and soft speaking. He is the most humble, gentle and helpful of the chauffeurs I have seen. We never felt like foreigners in Sri Lanka because of him. The only thing we were not happy about is the hotel of the 1st night in Negombo (Clarion Hub). The rooms and breakfast were way below average. We had better expectations for the 1st-night stay. Overall, we had a 'Very Good' experience in Sri Lanka. Thank you Tropical Ceylon for such a memorable trip. I would definitely recommend Tropical Ceylon and Mr. Samsan Silva to my freinds and relatives who wish to travel to Sri Lanka.

The Travel Agent (Ayesha) was friendly and helped in choosing the right package for me, she also co-ordinated when i had reached sri lanka. The driver (Prasad) was friendly and took me to local places as well. Naina from Travel Triangle helped me in getting good offers for flight. Overall, it was a good experience.

Sri Lanka: Places visited: Sigiriya -->Kandy --> Nuwara Eliya --> Yala --> Bentota --> Colombo. I booked my travel with Agent Tropical Ceylon and the kind of response I got was just amazing. I was greeted by Eranga (our chauffer for the trip) at Colombo right on time of my arrival. The car which they provided was very comfortable and spacious. Everything from the hotels to little surprises, it was a PERFECT trip for me and my wife who went there to spend our 1st Marriage anniversary. Eranga was a great guide.
