Overall we enjoyed the week long trip. Could spend quality time at some of the exotic locations of the island nation. Our visit to Echo National park and whale watching. Patience pays as we could spot whale shark, dancing dolphins and the whales in the high tides of the Indian ocean

Excellent driver. Only one hotel was less than satisfactory.. Golf Green at Nuwara Ella. Very satisfied with the vacation. Thanks. Flawless. Couldn't have been better. The driver took exceptional care. Was very careful in driving.

We had a wonderful experience with Tropical Ceylon. All the hotels booked were very good. Car and chauffeur were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Srilanka. Thanks to Tropical Ceylon.

Good services and hotels..

The trip was fun and good.

The communication gap between travel agent and hotelier was imminent in Bentota and Colombo. There were no provisions of 3 bedded rooms and they had to push an extra cot into a small confined space which actually was a 2 bedded room. Later on,one room was upgraded in Bentota only the next day. We were made to wait for more than an hour for the rooms to be ready in Bentota. On reaching the homestay in Colombo,it was found that there was no intimation whatsoever and neither the advanced payment was deposited to them. As a result,Silvikris Villa( Homestay) Management refused to accommodate us even after waiting for more than 3 hours on the road. However,later on a new hotel was arranged by them and the rooms were fine. However we have lost more than four hours due to this lack of management and miscommunication. We had to bear the expenses of the lunches of the driver and the guide particularly in Galle and Colombo. The replaced driver at Colombo misbehaved while we were shopping in a different shop not suggested by him. He demanded commission from the shop owner and went overboard. Subsequently,he threatened us that he would leave and that we should take Tuk-Tuks back to the hotel. Mr. Thillina was excellent and extremely cordial and cooperative. Hotel Topaz in Kandy was amazing and the overall trip was very memorable and well enjoyed by the entire family. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Galle fort. Beautiful Kandy. Boat Ride on Bentota River. I booked only transportation for our 8 days trip. Happy and satisfied with the services offered. Our tour guide/driver Mr. Prasantha was very helpful, accommodating, kind and passionate about his job. He did excellent effort to provide the best services. However, I would have been very helpful if some information about the travel is provided in advance. Our child suffered from motion sickness due to the nature of travel in Ella / Nuwaea Elia . Advance information to carry medication could be useful.

Our experience with tropical Ceylon was very bad. hotels were not even 1 star. Wifi was not working in hotel room in any hotel for first 3 days, still we managed but 4th day we talked to TC manager, instead of listening my issue, he started misbehaving and shouting. they even said that when they come in delhi , they also dont get wifi. this was worst experience with tropical Ceylon.

Mixed feelings. While the travel agent Sithara was very good and responsive the hotels provided at Nuwara Eliya, Sigiriya and Negambo were bad with no proper food facilities. The hotels at Kandy and Ella were good. The transportation was very good. The driver was friendly. They should review the choice of hotels and the tourists should not feel short changed.

Hotels 1st day Kandy hotel not good. 2nd and 3rd day Bentota hotel was 22 km from Bentota. 4th day hotel was good. Hotel have no Indian food. Difficult to search good food. Costal is very beautiful. Very nice people

Even though we had wonderful stay and comfort, last day bad experience had spoiled every thing.

The Trip went well. Hotels were a mixed lot. The Agent was prompt all along but surprisingly went silent at the bigining of the tour just in case of need to seek suggestions. Best part of the was the stay at Kandy, Yala and Bentota, the worst at Nuwar Eliya and the one at Colombo was more of a Business Hotel. The Transport and the driver were very good.
