Trip was all good.. We enjoyed Sri Lanka.. But i guess travel agent should be listening us promptly and solving our query asap.. As hotels at few places were not upto mark and we complained him too but there was no positive reply from his side! Best memories were made in kandy trincomale and nuwara ellya We simply loved local Sri Lankan cuisine! And the best part was we covered all the seasons in 1 season! Beautiful place!

Overall good experience, except hotel Rivendell in Kandy had a comfortable stay. Rivendell also good but booking issue with the agent finally they were able to allot a room but tats bit average room. Hotels were good had a comfortable and memorable stay, chauffeur was really good he suggested many things like rafting and other activities. We enjoyed

Overall good experience, but few things we stayed for 5days and in which 3 hotels were best and rest 2 we below not even average, overall travel was too much via car should have been made it better by the agent at Srilanka, Which finally gave us mixed review on tour. Service advice travel triangle is excellent, we didn't get any problem thru out our trip, hotels are too gud ,just have complaint in the service of mandara mirissa ,which is four star property, but don't know hospitality, infact Cotswold cottage was too gud ,I can't explain rest guide sujith is very nice ND gentle person

Excellent & Very Beautiful Country....!! The wild @ Sigriya having excellent and adventurous location. Cinnamon Citadel @ Kandy provide us very memorable welcome. Whether at Kandy was really excellent and we enjoyed a lot. Okary Tea Bush @ Nuwara eliya hotel was good. It's too cold place. Nice view from window. @ Bentota we stayed at two resorts-pandanus beach and cinnamon bay. Both properties are excellent. Cinnamon is very big property with all amenities. @ colombo we stayed at Marino Beach. At sight very slow process of check in. Rooms were not ready. But after check in property is excellent with rooftop pool. Over and above all stars goes toTravel Ceylon who has arranged this trip for us. Sales personal Mr. Chatura is having excellent knowledge and skill and ability to customize package according to our requirement. All members of trip are highly satisfied with the way they provided service. Last but not least, Mr. Dilipa our guide has help us a lot for roaming around all places according to interney. Finally Driver was also excellent and ride us safely during entire Journey. 7star appraisal to Travel ceylon. Cold Whether at Nuwara Eliya and Boating experience was awesome. Would definitely visit srilanka again If I get chance. Inspite of Bad happened in April, entire country is moving ahead to uplifting country. Thanks to all Local to whom we interact.

The trip was like a roller coaster ride some of our experience was great and some where worst or I can say say it was worst of worst. In Laluna Hotel I was given a driver room to stay and even after complaining about athe same they said they can't change the room. It took 4-5 hours for us to get the room in the hotel. Later the manager said the food would be complimentary from the hotel side however, in the morning on the breakfast table he asked us to pay for the same. The second instance that happens was the agent book hotel Thuruliya lodge in Ramboda which was approximately more than hour from the railway station from where we had to take a train for Ella. And also the train tickets were not booked on advance we had to travel in 2nd class without any seat. So for good 2hours we had to stand. Thirdly the hotel should be booked near the railway station so that our travel time could have been reduced. We had to wake up at 5am for the train journey and as the tickets were not booked we had to wait for more than 3hours. This kind of service is not acceptable when the things are planned well in advance. I mean why the hotel gave us a chauffeur room that is totally unacceptable. I am not going to book any hotel from travel triangle The best memories I had was the Wewa adara hotel that we stay in the first day and also our chauffeur was the best. He made the journey very pleasant for us and he always try to make the trip memorable for us. Thanks a lot Indika Aya you are the best

Planning is good but payment for flight is big issue. they have committed to provide flight but after payment they refused to book flight ticket due to rate change.

From start to finish our experience with Tropical Ceylon following our arrival in Sri Lanka was appalling. Having pestered me to secure the booking and committing to specific transport requirements they did not provide what was required and made nothing but excuses saying the transport they had committed to wasn’t available in Sri Lanka. We eventually gave in so we could move on and try to enjoy our holiday, bearing in mind one of the main reasons we chose them was because they committed to meeting our requirements. We booked a 4 star trip, one of our hotels was clearly 3 star, the rooms were dirty, the beds were stained, and the walls covered in a smelly liquid. We were forced to check out immediately. The hotel they secured as a replacement did not have the space to accommodate 5 people at short notice so we were forced to squeeze 5 people into one double room ruining our New Years Eve. In our final hotel, they tried to pass off a standard twin room as a family room and couldn’t understand my complaint. They blamed the hotel for taking the booking. After our discussions with the hotel they offered to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge. When raising all of my issues with the manager I was accused of being a difficult customer. All in all Sri Lanka is an amazing country, but tropical ceylon completely messed up what should be their area of expertise. They clearly didn’t do thorough checks on all the hotels and don’t know how to cater for families. The only saving grace was our driver, Dilip, who did everything he could to keep us happy. However I have given 1 star for transport as Tropical Ceylon did not provide the transport they committed to.

It was my first Anniversary and Sri Lanka was calling!! Tried multiple options to book but got Tropical Ceylon to book and i should say i have no regrets for selecting that! The trip planned was for 4 Nights and 5 days.. starting from 14th June 2019 The plan was apt with not much of travel and a good list of places to visit. Accommodations was a key factor - The accommodations provided were exotic and all were with a view and excellent comfort Overall trip was well organized and have nothing to complain about If we are looking at an improvement point then its only the options that could have been given for choosing the places. Rest all were perfect

The trip was exceptional and a great experience to visit Sri Lanka. It was like away from home but still at home. The only bad was the driver who just wanted his way and didn’t listen to what we told him to do. The best memory was of the heritance tea factory in nuwara Eliya where the kind of service and hospitality provided was just exceptional

Hello we have visited Srilanka as on 6 th June 17, 2019 would like to mention that Narang (Travel Triangle Holiday Expert) was extremely helpful. We were five couple to visit Sri Lanka . Secondly, Madhusudan(Tropical Ceylon Experts) who was working with Tropical Ceylon was left job .when we reach at Colombo Air port owner Mr. Sujeet was to receive us, made sure our requirements are met. Thirdly, our chauffeur guide Mr.Dilip was not knowing Hindi, so we have faced lot of problem of under sting language, he was cooperative but left us on 4th day and back to his home, Tempo Driver does not know English so last 2 days was not received any information of sight sneering that day there was need of Mr. Narang but he was also not available. Any how we have enjoyed Trip. As per our quotation Tropical Ceylon has to give us Hindi specking Guide, but given English specking Guide, most of our friend doesn’t understand English, this was main problems. Food and hotels was very good

Thanks to Ayesha we enjoyed our trip. She is the best tour coordinator and she looked after every small to major arrangments. Tropical Ceylon offers you the best hotels and food. My recommendations for travelers are to stay 2 days in Kandy, 2 days in Nuwara ellia (1 day travel to ella) and 2 or 3 days in Bentota. I liked my last 2 days stay at Cinnamon Bey Bentota a lot. Although I felt tour guide is stopping by at expensive shops just because he may be getting some commission. You don't need to purchase anything as per your tour guide's recommendations. You do not buy trips you buy experiences somewhat I was disappointed with the guide but rest everything was so perfect that I neglected this. Also those who are concerned about safety then I must tell you that Tropical Ceylon ensures our safety very well. Thanks, Mayur Gaikwad
